Today my family, friends, and I gathered at Deltona Memorial to honor and celebrate my mom’s life. I have nothing but good things to say about Jarod, Nicole, Tim, and the rest of the staff. They took care of every detail from the moment I walked in their door. They set up the viewing room beautifully, capturing every aspect of what my mother loved. So many of my family members and friends were in awe of the respect and details they provided for my mother. Their care and dedication made this difficult time bearable.

Jarod Anderson of Deltona Memorial Funeral Home went far beyond his duties. He was kind, compassionate, and helpful at our time of need. He went out of his way to bring my mother's belongings to our home. He did so with a smile. I would highly recommend Deltona Memorial to everyone.

Our family and friends experienced the tragic loss of my amazing son Nicholas in September. We can not say enough wonderful things about Dignity and it’s staff. The process was entirely at our pace and all questions answered immediately. Brin Jones specifically went above and beyond in ensuring that everything went as we expected and more. Thank you for helping make our tragic loss a celebration of life. My husband and I will be forever grateful and Grandma Gladys too.

I would not recommend Deltona Memorial Gardens to anyone. They are not organized & have terrible communication with each other. We had all arrangements made for my mother prior to her passing & the day she passed, we were at their office for 4 hours! The funeral director and the people that handle the grave site do not communicate. It took over 4 months to get her marker & when it was finally installed her first name was spelled incorrectly! I immediately called & spoke with someone who advised they would put a rush on a corrected marker. It has been almost 2 months & I just called to follow up only to find out there is no paperwork on a new marker & the person I had spoken with is no longer there. They are NOT compassionate. They have made my family feel like my mother was just another check to them.

The deltona memorial garden was great in getting my son's service perfect. Jrod listened to our family and had everything down to give him a beautiful service. Julie and Jackie were very good in getting everything that I needed to do. The girls even got a kitten out of a storm drain for my daughter. Bre was wonderful in taking care of my son's obituary and his pictures. They were all so professional and caring I would recommend them highly for the service they provide.

As a physician I have helped families through the death and dying process for over 30 years. I trusted Dignity to hold a certain standard which they failed to do. My mother's body was sent from Gainesville to Ocala where she stayed for nearly 3 weeks, before the incompetent staff at Dignity were able to present her body to her family. Several members of her family flew to Florida for a service that we couldn't hold because of their negligence. We decide to cremate. We found a local servie for cremation at less than $1,000. Dignity charged us $3,600 for the same service after the ruined an appropriate burial of my mother. This company should be shut down by Florida regulatory agency. Please do not put your family through what our family has gone through. Avoid this price gouging and incompetent funeral home. They show no dignity to the grieving family and focus only on how much money they can extract from the dead.

Brooke and the whole staff were so amazing to my family and I. They were so patient and compassionate. They walked us through the whole process and were so helpful to my family and I in this difficult time. She even called just to see how we were doing. The memorial was beautiful and beyond expected! They took care of everything. I appreciate their business so much and I know my mom would have been happy with our choice.

Awful and uncaring. They have no problem taking your money, but are absolutely no help once the funeral is over. We are waiting over a year for outreach mother’s headstone and all management can say is, “it’s ordered.” Unacceptable and disgraceful.

We weren’t prepared to loose a love one, it was a really sad, emotional, stressful and painful to have to think in services for a love one gone unexpectedly. But from the first call we made to this funeral home they took care of everything, with love and compassion assisted us in this time of need. Greatly appreciate all they done for us and what a wonderful group of staff from Funeral Director to receptionist. Much much gratitude !!!
