A bit disappointed in the beginning... Was told there was a 25 minute wait that I was okay with, however the wait turned out to be well over an hour. After we were seated the waitress did great, she was very friendly. The food was awesome
It's hard to even give this place a two star rating. From the moment me and my boyfriend walked in the waitresses were all talking with each other. we had to wait for someone to come sit us even though the place was empty and all the waitresses were available they were just busy chatting. I ordered the sticky bun pancake breakfast and when it came out it was burnt, I didn't want to send it back to anger the chef because you just don't anger the person who is in charge of your food. Anyway I still ate it, and as me and my boyfriend were eating all the staff were laughing at the top of their lungs and talking and just making a ton of noise as we're trying to enjoy a nice dinner. I get that it's not an upscale restaurant but people still want to enjoy their dinner. Then they mixed up our check with another lady and made the other lady pay our check and we had to pay hers. Her check was cheaper than our original one, but I still felt bad if she had to pay ours. Over all this place is terribly unprofessional and I would not advise anyone to eat here. There are plenty more options around this area to eat.

Enfield Denny's was awful. So is Chicopee..Springfield.....and Holyoke. I've complained at all. We are never going back. We got complementary coupons from Chicopee because of bad service and decided to try Enfield...huge mistake!!! Look at the food....don't go there!!!! Disgusted. Left owner a message and heard Nothing!!!!

Went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We had to wait unfortunately because they were backed up on takeout orders. That’s correctable. However once we were finally seated our waitress Princess turned it into an enjoyable experience. She deserves all the credit for a positive attitude and a hard work effort. There needs to be more people like her in this world.
Very friendly staff. The food was delicious! I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the restrooms and their stalls. They have a gap filler and I really liked that. No one likes making eye contact through those dumb stall gaps.
I found that Service is very poor at this Denny's ,after waiting15 mins. to be serve,I complain to a male waiter,and he told me that he was sorry and that he would talk to the manager about it. He then disappeared into the kitchen. I waited approximatley 4 mins. for his return.He never returned .A white couple came in and a female waitress walked up to them and waited on them ASAP. I then got up and walked out of Denny's. Enfield Denny's appears to be unfriendly to people of color and i will never eat at Enfield Denny's again. It's very sad that this type of racism is still around in this country in 2022.
good places, food not enough warm, but good.
Bad food, worse service We went for breakfast and were told the wait would be 25 minutes, so we put our name down. 30 minutes later, we didn’t get a call so we went to check and it turns out that they threw away the list with our name. We were finally seated, but were served last. People who came in after us got their food before we even placed our order. On top of this, the food quality was poor and our omelets were missing some of the vegetables we ordered. TLDR: don’t go here during normal meal times unless you want to waste 2 hours and $30+.
