excellent cocktails and food all good, my family and I went to eat and we loved everything now talk a little about what we have to take into account, in this little review, the lasagna of the tourd de Italy is a little cold in the lamp part Inside, the attention of those who served us was excellent, and very attentive, the wait was about 25-35 minutes to sit down to eat. Without more to say, everything is fine. I recommend them, especially in the alfredo sauce.
Everything about my visit this afternoon was just about perfect. My Server, Lauren, was flawless. The food was very good. The all you can eat salad and garlic bread sticks are awesome. I got the lunch special Angel Hair Pasta with meat sauce and 2 meatballs was very good, Lauren also brought a little extra meat sauce on the side, "just in case" total cost? $11.00, Merry Christmas to me.
My first but definitely NOT my last time at this location. The staff was very friendly, the food was exactly as we expected, everything was very clean. We had a small problem with one of the meals our fault, not theirs and they fixed it with no issue. The manager was constantly going around making sure everything was running smoothly and even helping the servers when needed. Our server Jamie did an excellent job, got everything right and provided wonderful service.
This location offers a very clean and inviting restaurant, as well as a friendly staff. We were seated right away at 12;30pm and received our meals promptly. Each was delicious and the breadsticks kept coming. They Have a good selection of beer and a full bar as well. Our waitress was spot on and checked back frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. It's a great place to meet with family and friends. We had a fantastic waitress at this location. I asked if she can put a little bit more dressing on the salad so that it isn't dry, and it was probably one of the best salads I've had at Olive Garden in a long time. The food is always fantastic it's the service that makes it all worthwhileFood: 4/5
Jake is an amazing server; fast, accurate and friendly. Food is always great. Manager swung by our table a couple of times. Great atmosphere. Shrimp scampi is so yummy. You should swing by sometime.Food: 5/5
My family and I had a fantastic experience there this evening. We were a large party celebrating a high school graduation. Ray was our server and was amazing. Ray was personable, friendly, funny, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and added a lot of fun to our night. I cannot say enough about Ray, he is definitely an asset to your team! We just may have to sit in Ray's section every time we visit!!! The food was amazing as well, and I am very much looking forward to diving into my leftovers. We will will certainly be back! Thank you Ray!!!
This was the worst experience and mistreatment that I ever received from a restaurant staff member. To begin with, as soon as my mother and I entered the place, we could smell a bad odor coming from the rugs. It smelled like dog poop. It is obvious that this place needs a rugs' replacement. Then, the "racist" waiter who, by the way, seemed to be Asian, brought us to a table located by the kitchen door. I requested him for a booth table instead, but that never happened because he gave me the lousy excuse that he had to have a table cleaned before we sat. The restaurant was empty. It was not busy at all. I told him that there were plenty of tables, but he kept giving me excuses. I then saw him smirking and laughing to another waitress as he walked away from us. I was so infuriated that I decided to leave the place. I am asking all my Spanish and Latino customers not to come to this particular restaurant location. You could have a better experience at the one located in West Springfield. I never felt so unwelcome, unwanted, and humiliated as a customer. Shame on you!
