I googled this place to get my boots shined. The girl at the counter was very friendly and personable and said she could take my boots upstairs for a shine. All she did was spray them with some sort of chemical and then charged me almost $22 dollars for a "shine" My 1st job was a shoeshine boy, so I know what it takes to do a good job. I don't mind paying more than double for any shine I've ever gotten on my life, but I expect a good job. This was SHODDY
I've never in my life experienced a worse customer service and level of rudeness than the older tattooed woman with glasses provided. And this is my first bad review, because if I have nothing good to say, I don't. I respectfully and kindly stated my purse didn't look clean and that I don't see any before and after difference, to which she started screaming that they cleaned it! Not to mention that the purse's chain has rust on it, which was not there before! Very uncomfortable, to say the least and very poor service! I will not take my designer purses there for cleaning ever again!
I am lucky to have found Deno's several years ago. They have done vintage shoe repair/refurbishment, refurb of briefcase and a couple of other jobs for me. You may be able to find less expensive repairs, but the quality of their work is worth their price. They are always my go-to for shoe and leather work.
Friendly workers but it's overpriced and mediocre. I just needed a wallet that needed very simple stitching and maybe even some glue. I've had it for a decade so obviously I'm not expecting it to look remotely new. $50 and a month wait. Sure. It looked near identical when I came back for it. I was confused that they chose not to do maybe 5 minutes of patch work and still charged me, but I'd rather have it back at that point so I paid and went on with my day. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you're looking for leather repair.
The BEST customer service and bag repair!!! Dorothy was so kind and courteous. This will definitely be my go to repair shop for future needs. Thank you, DENO'S and Dorothy for such a wonderful experience!
Deno’s does great work always on my shoes. Whether it’s the soles, heels or putting the squishy stuff in the bottom to make them more comfy! I brought these in to have the foot petals put underneath to make them more comfortable on my wedding day. Not only did Dorothy make it happen right then and there, she didn’t charge me anything and just said “ This one is on us.” Great customer service!
Decor is fabulous, cocktails are divine try the strawberry and mint mock tail if you don’t want to drink. Parking is horrific. Salads and chicken burger is delicious, but whatever you do… do NOT order the French toast. It’s deep fried and just pouring with oil. It’s gross. You actually feel like you need a week at a health retreat after one bite.
Recently had some Frye boots resoled and replaced the heels also. After debating between using Resole America the recommendation of Frye, some other local, and Deno's, everyone else had mixed reviews besides Deno's. The only "complaints" about Deno's was they were more expensive. The other companies had mixed reviews, like they ruined my shoes type complaints. I didn't want to take that chance. I was quoted at a few shops between $75-$120; Deno's was $120. You can decide if that's worth it to you. For me, it was worth paying a little more than everyone else to make sure my shoes were done right; and they were. They look almost as good as the day they were bought over 5 years ago and nearly everyday wearing. Pics of before and after attached. Turn around time was very good, dropped them off and was told 7-10 days, and they were done in 7. All in all I am very happy and I would recommend Deno's and will use them again.

I came right before they close at 6 and the two ladies were so kind and helpful to punch extra holes in my Gucci belt for free. Second visit now and I don’t have any complains.
