The office is very clean and the staff is friendly, professional, and does great work. Dr. M showed me my X-rays and explained my treatment plan thoroughly, so I didn't feel as though I was being scammed. Procedure was pretty painless and when I started to feel some discomfort towards the end, he stopped and made sure to slow down and take extra precautions for my comfort. This meant a lot to me since I've had a dentist in the past who didn't properly numb me nor care when I was in pain. I also like having text message reminders and being able to book appointments fast through their website - I was even able to send in my insurance through text before my first appointment which was really convenient!
Fantastic people everybody is friendly and helpful.Had a small issue with my dentures and they actually fitted me a new upgraded denture at no extra cost!!! I don’t know of to many businesses that do that anymore!They all seem very concerned about the patient care and comfort.Also they make sure your are getting the most out of your insurance and try to keep your cost down. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE DENTAL WORKS TO EVERYONE THEY ARE THE VERY BEST ! Very happy with with everything and everyone
I hadn't been to dentist since before Covid. I'm also afraid of dentist because of one who busted my tooth and had to lose it. Angela was very pleasant and explained what she would do. Even Dr Matt was awesome I had to have filling done and crown in 3 weeks. Kayla explained everything step at time. As gain Dr Matt took his time. I really love their smiles to put you at ease. If you are a scardy cat this is the place to come.
Everyone is very friendly and professional. Dr sat down and explained everything. He took his time with me. I will definitely be going there for all my dental needs!!!
My first appointment at this practice was wonderful! Automatic reminders and personal phone call insured I was well-prepared for the appointment. Office staff was cheerful. My dental hygienist Angela had a great touch and explained everything she was doing. See you in 6 months.
Dentist was great. He was actually concerned about the cost of my trratment plan. Unlike other places where they immediately try to get you onto a high cost treatment plan, Dental Works did not do that at all. We worked out a treatment plan that took my finances into consideration. Would recommend highly because of this.
My husband Rick had his teeth cleaned today and absolutely loved the professionalism of the hygienist she was very kind and thorough to him he was very pleased with his experience and would recommend Greensburg Dental works and his hygienist to everyone. Everybody there deserves 5 star's
We travel full time in an RV and I started having a painful tooth and figured I needed a root canal. I called around and no one could see me until I called DentalWorks. They fit me in for appt, scheduled the root canal for a few days later. Dentist and staff are all very kind. Would definitely recommend this dental practice.
Fast friendly thorough and efficient. Twice in the last 2 months I had big problems and both times they got me in quickly with no issues at all.
I went to have a wisdom tooth removed. Upon entering the staff was very welcoming and polite. The dental assistant and hygentist were great and the Dr was fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to go for dental care.
