Didn't mind going to this dentist office, until they charge you 79 dollars for a missed appointment referencing a signed document from 2021. Who remembers 2021, I remember struggling to get an appointment but not signing a paper. Miss an appointment without any regard to circumstances and you pay. Didn't even know about appt, used to get reminder email. Not this time. I know if I had an emergent situation that required my attention would I be thinking about a dental appointment. NO! Will be looking for a new dentist.
I truly hate to go to the dentist. So much so I avoided it for years but when I finally decided I needed to go I’m glad I went here. The staff and Dr. Parry are great. Explains everything very well and all your options are laid out. Also, I appreciate how they check with your frequently during the procedures to make sure your doing ok. Very professional!
I have never loved going to the dentist so much until I started to go here five years ago. I adore the staff and dentist. Always easy to get in and out and they make every appointment, regardless of the reason, a comfortable visit. Kid friendly. Playroom for entertainment and cute little rooms with designs to make them smile.
I have had extensive dental work done over the years. Some were very frightening experiences! I find Dr. Paul and his staff exceptional people! Both my husband and I find Shannon, Kristina, Judy, and Connie to be very caring and attentive to make your dental visit comfortable! They actually make you feel like family!
My 2 kids have been going here since November 2020 and the staff is always very kind, patient, and caring. The woman that checks us in is very engaging with the kids and I, the dental hygienists are amazing, very friendly and always explain what they are doing to the kids. Dr. Quest always explains in depth of what she does and she is very good with the kids, even the ladies you talk to to make future appointments and check out with are super friendly,they even gave me estimates of the cost of future appointments which is helpful so I know how much extra to put on HSA card. I am very pleased with the experiences my kids and I have and I will definitely recommend this dentist office! A+++
Dr Parry is great! Super friendly and great at his job! Made the filling and crown process very easy and not painful. Shannon is a wonderful hygienist. She was very talkative and pleasant while cleaning my teeth! Connie is super helpful at the desk also. Would recommend this office!!
This practice is exceptional. With a caring staff and a dentist that has been recognized regionally for his accomplishments, you can't go wrong using these folks. Patient comfort is their priority and you'll recognize that from the second you step into the office. I often recommend them to my family and friends and now they recommend them also. Highly recommended!
The people here are absolutely amazing! I have a lot of dental anxiety and always feared going because most places treated me like an annoyance.. but not here. From the moment I walked in, everyone treated me like I had been a patient there my entire life. I would highly recommend them to anyone, but especially those with dental anxiety!
I have been coming to this dental group since I was a child! I still continue to come here and I also bring my son! Dr. Stoner is an excellent dentist and my hygienist Shannon is wonderful! They both are excellent with my 6 year old. They show patience and compassion for what they do! I recommend this office for everyone.
I have been going to Dr Kraisinger since I was 12 years old. Almost 20 years now. I highly recommend Dr Paul to anyone. I have had many ask me about a great dentist and I have told them Kraisinger Family Dentistry is the best! Any problem that I have there staff is excellent and very nice to get you in the same day appt! My kids and my whole family has gone to him for years. I would not go anywhere else! His work is Excellent And I am very Happy with the work he does. I highly recommend Kraisinger family Dentistry to anyone!!!
