Just moved to OH from out of state. I was having an issue with an old dental bridge, the Cuyahoga falls office got me right in. Gina was awesome over the phone and made me feel welcomed in the office. Dr Kelly Alexander is a perfect dentist. Though my issue is more than likely caused by my lack of attention he did not berate me but encouraged me to be more diligent with the flossing. His ‘bedside’ manner is very calm and caring. I’ll be going back and do recommend this dentist.
The dental assistant through my appointment made me so comfortable. She always made sure that I was happy and comfortable. The dentist sorry I'm terrible with names did AMAZING work on my teeth. You can't even tell in that area I had extensive work done. Im very happy and actually look forward to my next appointment.
I had my first visit with them on July 23 and had a wonderful visit.. for going to the dentist! I have not been to a dentist for several years and needed to get back on track. They were all very friendly and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to go to the dentist. I have a follow up visit this week for cleaning and have to get some filling, and I am not nervous at all. They come highly recommended from me.
Best dentist office I have ever been too. Almost everyone I spoke with was extremely nice, plus being helpful. They discussed everything I didn't understand and helped me understand what I needed, as well as how I could get there. Very very happy with my experience. Highly recommend this office.
I’ve had an overall good experience at this dental office. From the front desk staff, to the assistants, and then the dentist himself, everyone has been kind and professional every time I go in which is a lot as I’m in dental rehab. I would recommend Dental Works to anyone and everyone!
Scam! They don't even have a real dentist on their website. Your insurance will tell you their dentist hasn't filled out any paperwork, so they can't accept the claim which the office does. So the office tells you it's a clerical error and your account is zero. Guess what? You'll keep getting bills until it goes to collections. Pick another Dentalworks. Calling the office staff here clowns would be an insult to actual clowns. Save yourself a lot of time on the phone.
I came here because of the good reviews and although the front desk people were incredibly nice, I cannot say the same for one of their dentists named Kelly or Casey Alexander. I have never dealt with a dentist that had that much anger in him for no reason, and from seeing other reviews, I’m glad to see I’m not the only one that’s dealt with that side. I was trying to be cooperative while dealing with my tooth pain. He yelled at me for apparently not biting hard enough on some tool to test my pain. It hurt. I couldn’t bite harder, and this caused him to yell in frustration. He told me what were the possibilities for that tooth and stops abruptly and says “you’re not saying anything,” which threw me off because generally a dentist will talk me through things and then ask if I have any questions. I was just trying to listen. That whole encounter left me so uncomfortable and so confused I immediately went to another Dental Works which was the best choice I ever did. I hope if other people deal with him that they have better experiences, I really do. It’s not fun walking into a dentist. That’s already enough stress. And then to have someone huffing and puffing at you surely doesn’t help any of that anxiousness.
Very happy with my Dental Works experience! :. The staff is extremely friendly and the dentist was very patient and explained dental condition very nicely. Shannon is extremely patient and sweet. David is very professional and greets you. I would highly recommend this place.
Great and knowledgeable staff and Dentist. Prices reasonable for a dentist! Very good experience. They let you know what’s going on with you your whole visit. Everyone was super nice. Dave at front desk is the best. Everyone is professional and friendly.
Dr Alexander and the whole staff are very kind and friendly. Dr Alexander is a very talented dentist who does quality work and puts patient care and comfort first.
