This is the dentist that Covered California provided me with. Walking inside it feels like you're transported to 1994 when the files were color coded and flooding bookcases instead of on a computer. The dentist said that I would need two cleanings because my teeth were extra dirty and also that I had 3 cavities. They also said that I would need to pay for the additional cleaning out of pocket. I then went to my previous dentist at D20 whom was awesome and they performed an examination and said my teeth were fine. No cavities, of course I could use a cleaning. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. Covered California should be ashamed for providing them business. This is shady, fraudulent, and they're taking money unnecessarily from people that don't have it to begin with.
This is the worse dental establishment I have ever been to in my life! The schedule you a month a head of time to only low and say someone switched it. I've taken off work twice and the first time they turned me away because of the scheduling they messed up on and the next month they switched my appointment with someone else I was sitting right in from of while I waiting. The lie was she told us someone had called the day prior to switch the appointment and I know that did not happen because they do not answer there phone nor call back. We were scheduled for 4 filling and only Got one. They said they would go off of how my daughter felt in which she was fine. They rushed us in and out when we were set by the appointment by then the prior month.The lady in the front let me know they have been in business 20 years as if that solidified anything. I will be putting in a complaint with the consumer affairs.
Great experience here with dentist. Dentist explains all options regarding your coverage, your cost, and payment plans available, if needed. Appointment time about a 10 minute wait. A return visit is two weeks. This office was clean. And staff was very customer friendly.
DO NOT GO HERE!! Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, basically telling patients to "F' off. I'm not saying this on my own experience but also witnessing how they treat other patients at the counter, because there's nothing else to do while you're waiting sooooo damn long, so observe those interactions. Here is a list of things you'd expect a "professional" place to do right: paperwork never gets filed correctly, quality of everything is so low, it takes months to get any kind of response, they never follow up on anything, any mistakes they make they do not fix, things that insurance companies ask for they dont give "proper" documents and you end up getting it yourself, even then they wont give you your own information, if you ask them whats they likelyhood of getting something approved, they say not likely and its most likely because they cant do the paperwork needed, they literally yell at parents who bring their kids in there who dont stay quiet or go in and out of the office, hows that any different if 1 person keeps going in and out compared to many people, things you'd normally expect from a dental office you DO NOT get here, the service is horrible, staff has attitude problems, they do not how to use modern equipment and even basic internet skills. Save yourself the stress and headache because you will be doing more work than they do when it comes to getting proper documents and papers ready with your insurance company. Go find a place half a mile away or even further, a dental office that actually does their job, not just sit around acting all high and mighty. DO YOUR RESEARCH and find a place that gets it right the first time, otherwise you'll end up wasting half a year and still not getting anything done.
I rite this one star because I was planing on changing my kids denta location to theirs and who ever anwears the phone was been so rude and unprofeciona. My kids have access debtal insurance and they accept access and libirty insurance and the lady told me id I have access debtal insurane it takes up to 6 months for them to see my child that I should change insurance. She also said that my son cant go to that office and a while bunch of crab and hung up the phone . They are breaking the code by turning my kids dow.
Horrible we had an apt for 2:30 we arrived 20 minutes early. We waited 45 minutes, I asked how much longer would our wait be. I was told possibly an hour. We left. How does someone set an appointment then not be prepared. Had we been late we be made to reschedule, but if they're late we must take it...SMH
Really really bad I had addressed my concerns and they treated me like trash they don't care about you!! All they care about is them getting there money.. My tooth hurts really bad and they said oh well your insurance don't cover even tho I would be willing to pay out of pocket.. They are rude and unprofessional the ladies in the front do not speak English you could barely understand... They treat you like a number and not a person!! HORRIBLE
Dentist was super nice and did a good job. Front desk not so much. Place badly needs a facelift.
