I had a virtual meeting with Dr. Wollock in between patients.   He was very patient while I wrapped up with work and took the time to explain Invisalign and his expectations.  My First impression at my office visit was strong, Ashley checked me in.  She is cordial, professional and always helpful.  Remainder of staff were all Personable and knowledgeable and clearly enjoy working at this practice. Office is clean and contemporary.   Timeliness of appointments are good. Very friendly. Flow through the office and progression of treatment was well organized and explained thoroughly. Ease of booking and accessibility for follow up appointments are great as they have extended office hours.  Checkout procedures are easy.  Can’t beat the views either

I've been going to Dentistry at Suburban Square for my routine cleanings for around 2 years now; I must've had about 4 or 5 cleanings from Dr. Wollock's staff over this time period.  The first thing I would like to note about the team here is that their level of customer service is professional and incredibly upbeat. This starts at the front desk with Nicole, Ashley, and Becky and continues into and throughout the cleaning. I don't know what type of in-house training Dr. Wollock conducts on customer service, if this attitude is fostered through a positive command climate, or if Dr. Wollock's staff all have an innate talent for customer service but every time I've walked into the office, whether for a cleaning or to buy toothpaste, I've had a positive interaction at the least - most times far exceeding that threshold! I'm pretty sure Ashley once called me a "superstar" for keeping up with my flossing which - even at 28 years old - feels good to be recognized for.  Second thing to take note of is Dr. Wollock's professional approach. This guy was an Air Force Officer and it shows in not only his professional attitude but in the professional attitude of his hygienists. The military saying, "I am a direct reflection of my leadership," echoes deeply in the actions of the hygienists. Every time I have had a cleaning, the hygienist has held a wealth of knowledge and passion for the profession, answering my questions skillfully and advising as necessary. However, the most impressive detail from a professional standpoint has been the discipline and deference from the hygienist to Dr. Wollock upon his inspection and oral exam post-cleaning. Like clockwork, every cleaning I have had involved an obvious-as-day transfer of subject-matter expertise the moment Dr. Wollock entered the room. Dr. Wollock and the hygienist would speak dentist-speak to eachother very quickly, like a well-ordered, communicative machine, and the hygienist would translate that into normal-speech for everyday consumption as well as providing necessary advice for things I can do as the person receiving dental care immediately after the oral exam.  The final thing I would like to highlight is the cleaning itself. I don't know many people that REALLY like going to the dentist, but my most recent cleaning must've been about 15 minutes long and mostly painless. Kayla made sure to be expertly precise with adhering to the small comforts of the person receiving the cleaning, namely taking adequate breaks to suction out excess saliva, etc. and resisting the urge to ask me unneccessary questions or make small talk while she has a bunch of tools in my mouth. Our conversation flowed easily from introduction and professional courtesies pre-cleaning to X-Rays and Cleaning with a spot at the end for toothpaste and mouthwash recommendations and advice on reaching hard-to-get areas of my mouth. I left with that stereotypical freshly-cleaned mouth feeling that projects confidence in my smile! Furthermore, the entire experience from in and out and back in my car driving home took about 30 minutes which felt like 10! Thank you Kayla for the cleaning, and I'm looking forward to my next in 6 months!

I came here for a routine cleaning and retainer fitting. The entire process took about an hour and my dental hygienist Rachel was amazing. She cleaned my teeth, showed me pictures of possible decay and was able to fit me for new retainers by taking pictures with a small camera—no molds. Dr. Wallock was friendly and took the time to answer my questions but still proceeded in a timely manner. I am an extremely happy customer and looking forward to making this my home practice.

From my first appointment with DASS I knew I was in great hands. To say the staff is amazing is an understatement! From the staff up front making scheduling easy, Becky walking through the entire process with me, and Doc making me feel 100% comfortable in his care, I can confidently say I will never go anywhere else for oral care! 10/10 recommend!

We scheduled an initial consult and the front desk got us in right away. Check in was very easy! The appointment was great with state of the art technology. Missy was kind, gentle and overall amazing! I could have fallen asleep in the chair. Dr Wollack answered all of our questions.    We will definitely be going back!

Starting the Invisalign process with this office has been nothing short of professional and incredible! They have answered every question, made the process very clear and the flexibility of the office hours is the cherry on top. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit for any dental needs.

The service was awesome. Customer service front desk was professional and efficient. Nicole and Ashley are just the best. Amber was awesome during my cleaning procedure. This is by far the best dentist in the world.

Dr W and his staff are AWESOME! Already recommended him to my sons who have lived in the area 3 years and haven’t found a dentist who they like. I feel fortunate to have found him when I when I just moved here three months ago. Highly recommend!

I came to Dr. Wollock/Dentistry at Suburban Square for Invisalign and have been so impressed. The quality of care has been exceptional and it's a fun office environment where everyone is so nice and helpful! I highly recommend it - Dr. Wollock and Caitlyn took such good care of me!
