My wife and I finished our second vaccination at the alliance race track. We have nothing but positive things to say about all of the processes associated with your process. Thank you so So much for the transparent and thorough efforts your team delivered. Great job!!!
So proud of our county health dept. I have seen nothing but compliments on the raceway vaccine site. I received my first vaccine Friday. The people were so efficient and courteous. I was very nervous and they helped me through the process. Kudos!
My wife and I got our first and second Phizer COVID shots at the Denton County Public Health administered site at Texas Motor Speedway. We are amazed by and deeply thankful for the wonderful efficiency and effectiveness of this operation. Everyone we encountered at the site, from traffic control personnel to those verifying our appointments and data to those administering shots, was professional, efficient and courteous. It was a pleasure to deal with them. This operation sets a very high standard for mass immunization from which other operations in the area and nationwide could learn much.
Amazing! Awesome! Totally wonderful! We just received our first COVID-19 vaccines at Texas Motor Speedway and I want to applaud everyone at DCPH for an outstanding job. The automated communications leading up to, and following, the vaccine were clear, fast and flawless. And the vaccine site itself was so well run. No long lines! I know people are quick to criticize anything that's government-run, but DCPH showed smarts and resourcefulness to make this vaccine effort truly terrific. Thanks to all the people who made it possible, and for restoring health and hope to my family.
I'll never forget that tray of 8 shots y'all brought out to inject into my less-than 2 year old daughter. Thankfully I was halfway aware that she had 2 of the shots and God knows how many combined vaccines on that tray at an age when one aspirin can kill a kid. Parents, PLEASE be careful giving your kids so many shots in one sittingor at all Someone in my family had a horrible reaction to only one of those liability-free shots, and has been paying out of pocket for their kids seizure meds, speech therapy, in-home care and medical bills ever since. Personally, I'd give everything I have to take back those shots my daughter received at this facility. Unfortunately, the robust schedule for our kids is dangerous and lacking liability. Parents, if you are unable to get an exemption for medical reasons, you can get one for reasons of conscience or religion in the state of Texas. Do not feel bullied into a one-way street that you do NOT have to go. You are in charge of your kids health decision.
Originally I had left a one star review because the organization and timeliness here was less than great. I had waited hours with my toddler for a simple shot and was perturbed to say the least. That having been said, I had to come back for my 4 year olds immunizations and I love the new way things are being done here. Guys! Y’all are rocking this covid thing and I strongly suggest adopting the new process permanently. I called and made an appointment, showed up on time, got the paperwork done, and my kiddo was in and out in under 45 minutes. We got to wait safely and comfortably in our car the whole time right up until we went in for the shot. Everyone was courteous and extremely helpful. I was floored at what a different experience we had compared to the last time. Please please please continue to do things this way it made getting immunizations so much smoother for this busy and flustered momma.
I received my first Covid vaccine in Lewisville today. What a superb job your personnel did getting us in and out. Thanks for all your hard work and preparation. You have a fine-tuned machine and you will be ready when the public-at-large can access the vaccine.
The professionalism and efficiency at your drive thru COVID vaccine event in Lewisville was the best! I was in and out in about 20 minutes and that included the wait time after the shot. Thank you for keeping us safe and updated.
The Covid Vaccine process at TMS was extremely well done. So good to see the professional well organized approach with no confusion as we've heard about other sites. Also appreciate the very positive attitude everyone working the site has. Thank You.
The vaccine station at CH Collins Athletics Center on 1/29/2021 was so well run and organized. We so appreciate all the hard work of the entire Public Health, Paramedics and Law Enforcement crews. You set such a good example of a well organized response to a pandemic!
