Denton - Wood Funeral home in Carlsbad New Mexico were extremely kind, considerate, and very helpful with us during the loss of our loved one. Our family was very pleased with the caring attention and the professionalism of the team at Denton-Wood. Mr. Alan Wood was especially attentive, and checked with us frequently to be sure we had what we needed.

There are not enough words to describe the exceptional work that was done by  Denton-Wood Funeral Home. Their entire staff was kind, compassionate, genuine, patient and understanding to say the least. They brought comfort to our entire family at a very difficult time. You may say that it is your job; however, we feel like you all went above and beyond! Crystal worked after hours to help us finish my grandmothers memorial video. Weeks after the service, Crystal mailed my sister and I additional appreciation cards to send out to friends and family members when we ran low. Tim, I can’t thank you enough for the kindness you showed my sister and I as well as our grandfather after our precious grandmother passed away. Tim also kept us up to date on the status of our grandmothers death certificate and worked hard to find a matching name plate for the mausoleum where our grandma was laid to rest.  I used to say, I don’t know why someone would want to work in a funeral home but now I see why! So thank you all for your your outstanding work!
