Denver Vail Orthopedics

I have been a long time patient and all the doctors I have dealt with are fantastic. However the administrative staff is just appalling. I had a doctor call and apologize for his nurse's reaction to my inquiry regarding a post surgical issue. More recently I tried to request an appointment through the website which was ignored. Then I called the office from my car and she refused to make an appointment without me giving her my insurance information while I was driving. Anyway they've lost a loyal patient.

Dr. Newman and a select few who work here are great. Everyone else is mediocre at best. Every time I call I am on hold for around 30-40 minutes. I am actually writing thiss review right now while being on hold for the past 20 minutes. If you are thinking about calling, don’t!! Their receptionists are a joke.
