Manager Kate is insanely rude for absolutely no reason. Was angry at me for an error made by the bookstore that I had absolutely nothing to do with. Not the first bad customer service experience I’ve had since moving in to the school. Sucks that DePaul is hiring people with such contempt for its students for literally just being here.

Selected shipping. Terrible mistake. Received the wrong items and was accordingly charged incorrectly. Mistakes 2/2 times I've purchased from the LPK bookstore. Not only is the markup 5-10% of the manufacturer MSRP, they make terrible mistakes that are very difficult to solve. Purchase elsewhere at all costs. Find out from your professors exactly what you need and purchase elsewhere.

A convenient place to go purchase memorabilias.

The woman who assisted me, Kate, was a total b word to me unprovoked and unnecessarily. If you hate your job, don’t take it out on customers. Part of me believes it could have been race-related. BUT I got what I came here for, and that’s what matters.

Very nice. The bookstore was clean organized. Friendly staff and quick check out.

I love the location of the bookstore. It is very spacious. The booksellers/attendants are very attentive and helpful. Mask wearing is enforced
