Outdoor Bootcamp and Private Training Gym
Desert Basic Training Boot Camp class begins the first Monday of each month and runs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The camp features progressive fitness elements that fuse military-style drills, football agility drills, resistance training, core strength, cardio, yoga and deep breathing / visualization.
