Worst Experience Ever. Be careful with what they say and what you sign with. Get a proof of everything they say so you dont have to pay for anything unnecessary. We paid everything according to the manager and then after we left, got a email saying we have to pay more…which was already discussed that we didn’t have to and  we ended up paying cuz they said we will get negative credit.. Jacuzzi is almost never hot.You will find cockroaches in house. The vent in the kitchen doesn’t work The slides were broken Wardrobe was broken Very unfinished work of the house…. We complained but nothing was ever done

Pictures of the gym and tennis courts are not for this property! False advertising! These are San Jacinto Racket Club ran by same company. Extreme AC deficiencies as well as water problems. Work orders are hard to get completed and not-to anyone’s satisfaction.

I recently had three maintenance issues; two were repaired by maintenance within maybe 15 mins of my calling in a work order.  The third was the with the AC and while the manager was very responsive we had to work with the vendor scheduling and parts orders.  He to the vendor was very efficient and helpful.

I've lived here for just under a year, I like it. Pool is nice. Parking lot is kept clean. They respond to maintenance requests pretty quickly.  Only thing if I had to complain would be the fact that the gate keeps getting fixed only to be damaged by someone a day or two later.

One of the worst places that I have ever lived. Management is "Horrible" .In less than 2yrs here I have had so many problems until I do not know where to begin. I am disabled , wheelchair bound mgt. promised to pickup rent on notice. Did call 1st. of mo. early one fri.left msg. No response. Called early Monday the 4th. Mgr. answered and without listening began accusing me of being delinquent on rent then sent an employee to my apt. He began knocking on my door very violently. I opened the door he immediately accused me of being delinquent with my rent. Did not give me opportunity to explain anything and refused to take my rent mo. to the office. Called Lisa in mgt. She accused me being the problem. I hung up seeing  no way to effectively communicate with no one listening to my common sense reasoning. That is simply one issue of many where mgt. showed no humanity and seemed purposed to Harrasement. Had to take extreme measures just to get my rent paid that month I cannot cannot wait to move  to a more viable location that has mgt. That knows how to listen to reason and use God's given .

The maintenance team has been gone for almost a year now. The manager is always someone different. But always awful. The jacuzzi is cold. Good location tho

Nice apartments, well maintained landscaping. Three pools and maintenance issues seem to be resolved quickly. Pet friendly.

I am so happy with the SAGE.  As other have mentioned, every complex can stand some improvement.  The SAGE is one that could get some assistance in MAINTENAANCER and reacting in a timely manner to the natural challenges that occur in Apartment living.  The Management has been quite helpful. I will remain here as a tenant.

I have been at this community for over a year and just moved out.  I moved out because I purchased a house, nothing to do with the community.  The community manager, Jessica, came on board a few months ago and has been a tremendous asset to the property. She is getting things done that has needed to be done.  Her assistant, Patty, is friendly and caring for the place.  If you are looking for a great price and convenient location, check out the Sage!

Work order was not completed. We have been waiting for weeks..
