The gym itself is nice. Good location, nice equipment and everything’s pretty clean. However, do not sign up for training at this gym. I have never been the type to just be a Karen and leave bad reviews, but the communication is just down bad. There were a couple times I was assigned a different trainer without any explanation. One time I showed up for a session with the new trainer I had been assigned to by the fitness manager, and the guy just wasn’t even there anymore. I tried canceling my membership in July, and the training, and still am being billed to this day. I genuinely feel like the fitness manager saw an opportunity to get another person signed up, but really couldn’t care less about my fitness aspirations. He even was on his phone during our very first session which just made me feel like he’s totally not engaged. The other trainers I had been with just gave me the most repetitive workouts. I cannot stress how dissatisfying my experience at this gem was overall.
Was in Palm Springs for NYE weekend. Went to EōS to workout during my stay there. Amazing gym! They had all the necessary equipment and more! 2 levels very well organized and clean. The bathrooms were clean. All and all very happy with my workouts there. Wish my local gym 24hrs fitness had the same equipment and hours as you guys do! Keep up the good work! Oh the staff was super friendly and helpful too with getting a free day pass and a 20 dollar day pass.
Used to go to this gym in the late 90s when it was a Golds gym. Recently came there after 25 years of not being here. Had many memories here. Especially always loved the cardio overlooking the runways of PSP. Passed the time to see the flights. Back in 1998, I think it was, all of us got to see the USA jets land and take off for the funeral of Sonny Bono.
Safe yourself a lot of headaches! If I could rate them 0 stars I would!! I could fill up nothing but complaints about this gym especially the management. They pressured me into taking personal training which we told them upfront we would only be here for 3 months due to we are Snowbirds and don't live in the area. We signed a agreement that we would be stopping our membership. They keep charging our credit for elven month for personal training which I really learned nothing from. We called to try and get a hold of management so many times and was ignored! We finally were refunded a year and a half later! Poor management! Don't bother joining this gym!!
The people in Palm Springs are so lucky to have this fantastic facility. CLEAN, STAFF WAS EXCELLENT, and plenty of everything for you workout or wellness. I go every time I'm in Palm-Springs at my Condo. You can get like a week or two week pass it definitely worth it.
Been loyal customer for years, had an issue with my payment on file, had to switch banks do to fraud so I couldn’t change the payment method, they charge 100 percent plus service fee, the service fees were more than the membership, you can’t cancel unless you pay membership plus the ridiculous service fees. They continued to pile on charges while I wasn’t using the gym even tho prior to that I’ve never had an issue. Payed hundreds a year for 3+ years. Called multiple times with no resolution. Nobody at the gym was helpful, as I would have been happy to pay my past due fees but not a 100 percent + service fee markup. Absolutely Terrible business practices, and extremely deceptive billing. Had I known they do that, I didn’t because I had never had an issue with payment before, and was never told about “service fees” by anyone I would have never signed up. READ THE CONTRACT, READ WHAT YOU SIGN UP FOR. it’s unfortunate because I did enjoy the gym while I went, and would have gladly kept paying after my inconveniences were resolved. But more than Happy taking my business elsewhere, just be warned! I DO NOT. recommend this gym to ANYONE anymore!
They lie about monthly payments and if you have to put your account on hold ,or cancel something they give you the worst customer service. You’ll sit on hold for ages. Employees don’t have an understanding of the refund policy and are so unhelpful. Better off going to planet fitness.
If you are looking for a place to hang out with high schoolers and elders who lack gym etiquette, by all means sign up to EoS in Palm Springs. The layout of the workout equipment was done by someone without experience or knowledge in the gym industry. Would NOT recommend.
The "personal trainers" have no idea what they are talking about. Nor do they embody 'fitness'.. which is odd. The owner does not care about the reviews. She will reply and do nothing clearly because I see someone mentioned the lack of music in the powerlifting room 10 MONTHS AGO and nothing has been done about it to this day. Do not waste your money here. I pay for a Black membership when I get more out of a Planet Fitness. This gym location should close or rethink the layout and staff entirely. Considering contacting corporate.
Come here to work out late at night and i go to buy a protein drink from the front and the guy that was working on 12/29/22 at 12:05 am told me that i cant purchase the drink because there closed but its a 24 hour gym. How the hell can it be closed if ive been working out for the last 2 hour and people are still coming and your not selling beverages. Worst customer service ive ever received at a gym, im going to be looking for another 24 gym if thats the case with EOS customer service
