Not sure what the bad reviews are about??? This is a decent car wash. Been using them for over 15yrs. Fair prices. Not very speedy and perhaps interior windows could be a bit cleaner they should use a clean rag...but all in all a solid 4*.
I don’t mind spending money to get my car washed but For over $40 not the best service, if you go might as well get the basic service
First time here and let me tell you. The cashier was very professional but other than that the service was terrible the manager was acting like i was bothering him with any question i had about the service let me know that it was 2 dollars extra to clean the break dust of the rims and it would have not been a problem if i was told about it this what a gold wash gets you at this airport car wash a quick soak with dirt rims water stains and dirty car after all thanks And i still tip 5 dlls to each gentleman that was washing the car. ALWAYS ASK FOR THE CAR TO BE PULLED OUT INTO THE SUN TO SEE ANY IMPERFECTIONS!!.Services: Auto detailing
Car wash isn't nearly as good as they used to be. Quick slap happy job at best. Price is too high for what they do. Washing rental Cars I can see would be quick but personal cars should be paid more attention to details.
Very disappointed, this place used to be excellent. Had to ask for them to re-do the vacuuming, drivers mat had not been removed, lots of gravel etc. under and beside it. When I had gone I noticed the center console was still very dirty, had not been touched; lots of dirty spots still on the dash, door interiors etc.; radio screen and dials still dirty. Bought the now lowest price of $25. for wash and vacuum. I had to re-do those areas myself. They used to spend an hour cleaning my Caravan, this time was through in about 10 min., clearly didn't take the time to do the job, AND the back was packed for travelling so they only had the front driver/pass. area to do. I've checked American Car Wash, price is lower and appears to be higher standards.
I drive by here often goung to work but had not got my car washed there prior. They did a great job, even removed some scratches and the inside looked new . prices are really fair
I have used this business for about 10 years. It is consistently good service and value for your money. Clean waiting area and couresty is shown the customer.
After getting an oil leak fixed from my mechanic, who is down the street from the car wash, he removed my engine covers from the car and asked me to get the engine washed at the Airport Wash. After a couple days, I was to bring my car back to the mechanic so he could check for any more leaks on the clean engine, and replace the engine covers. Since I work in PS and live in Palm Desert, I did make this effort, and spent $99 for this service. Upon returning to the mechanic, he informed me that the engine had NOT been cleaned. And as an aside, I wasn't very happy with the cleaning of my back seat area with vacuuming, and the car stunk of some scent they added without asking me, which lasted 2 weeks. This was the top tier Gold Wash that comes with the $99 engine clean. And I tipped them $10. After hearing the news about the dirty engine, I called the company, and left my number for the manager, who DID NOT call me back. The employee told me through the manager, who wouldn't talk to me, to bring my car back. This would require all the effort I made in the 1st place, and again, I work full time, and don't live near by. You guys are terrible, and a waste of time and money.Services: Polishing
