Desert Highlands Mini Storage

I have been a customer here for nearly 14 years and have always had an easy, no-fuss experience. Office staff has always been very helpful and courteous. I am, however, disappointed at the continual raising cost of rent. I understand market fluctuations create these cost elevations, but I wonder if real estate prices begin to fall, will the monthly rental cost follow. Fingers crossed!

Alanna, ascertained that I need to relocate my original 2 units closer to the front of the property so the North American Van line truck 70' could enter the property safely and easily to unload my delivery... What a professional... great company... great person... Highly recommend this location... great property and clean units...

I have stored my belongings at Desert Highlands Mini Storage for 5 years now. Never once have a had a security issue due to the high level of attention given to the gate access and cameras. The office staff is also extremely cooperative whenever there’s a need for assistance! FIVE STARS!!!

Long time customer 15 years, husband was in hospital and we fell behind. Sold our units with no notification at all. UPDATE: We were contacted by Alana on Dec 23 saying we could purchase back the contents of our second unit did not sell. Was told her district manager said we could buy it for 50% of what was owed. We showed up to pay and empty the storage unit and Alana informed us that the agreement was no longer applicable because when she "moved us out" of the unit, it sent us to collections. If we wanted our stuff, we'd have to pay the entire amount. When asked why she didn't call us and tell us that, "I did call. Several times." I checked our home phone log with Spectrum, and guess what? NO CALLS!!!! I would NEVER, EVER recommend this business. Waiting to hear from a higher up.

I have been with Desert Highlands for about 5 years. They are always there to assist when needed. The prices are very good and fair. I recommend any of their facilities.
