Daniel Johnson, MD, graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He was an emergency room doctor at the Trauma Center at Desert Hospital from 1980-1990, and co-medical director of Eisenhower Immediate Care centers from 1991-1996. In 1996, he made his transition to holistic, alternative medicine . He founded Desert Longevity Institute in 1999, and continues as its Medical Director to the present day. Rather than treating symptoms with drugs, he works for the true underlying cause. He is considered by many to be the "doctor of last resort." In other words, if no other doctor can help, Dr. Johnson probably can. A truly caring helpful doctor.
