Office Of: Dr. Kent Fryberger Absolutely the most incompetent and uncompassionate doctor's office I've ever been to. This has to be the worst doctor in Grand Junction. We waited three weeks for these guys to approve my dad's prescription request for diabetic insulin before we finally got frustrated and dropped them as our family doctor. This has happened several times now, just as other patients have complained below, and just one time is completely unacceptable! Then, after driving down there and going in upset about their lack of follow-through, we told them we wouldn't be coming back. After that they had the nerve to send police to our house and issue us a trespass notice. All simply because I was upset that they didn't get my dad's insulin request approved in a timely manner 3 weeks, pfft! Are you kidding me?!. Who wouldn't be upset in our situation? And yet they're completely lacking of empathy... My grandmother constantly complains that the doctor is so lazy that he won't even physically examine her, and never has. Even when she complains to him about pains in specific areas. All he does is ask questions, take notes, and collect your insurance money. Do yourself a favor and find a better doctor, that actually cares. Especially if your life depends on it!
Dr. Fryberger is one of the top physicians in Grand Junction. I have known him for 14 years and been a patient of his for over 5. He always makes time to listen to you, never seems distracted and in a hurry to get to the next patient which is very important to me personally. once I had a Dr. take an obviously personal phone call during a physical and talked for 15 minutes while I sat there and felt belittled.
My father saw the doctor on a Tuesday morning. A prescription was to be filled, and promised they would get right on it. At 7 pm we went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription and it was never called in. This has happened repeatedly.
