You’re invited to explore eight “houses” of stylistically related rooms for Living, Dining, Bedroom and Workspace, which are sure to provide inspiration for the many ways to live with modern. You can also take a stroll down two hallways of dining and living solutions, where you can test-drive 50 different dining chairs, and test-lounge our upholstery collections."

i purchased a large number of chairs from DWR. Darren took great care of us and went above and beyond at every turn. i highly recommend DWR.
Bought two high quality office chairs for our home. Excellent customer service, great customer service and follow up. Sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped to answer all of our questions. My husband and I both work from home quite often and needed chairs that would be comfortable for 8+ hours per day. We wanted to actually be able to sit in the chairs in a store to ensure good ergonomics and fit for each of us. This store fit the bill for us as it had many different styles to try out. Very highly recommend this store!
If you love mid century modern and value that the reproductions are licensed and very high quality, this place was made for you. It's simply awesome. Chairs huge assortment, tables, couches, lighting +++ Costa Mesa store/showroom is huge. We especially love their reproduction chairs, like the Barcelona and Egg chairs. Very highly recommend Design Within Reach. PS: You can browse online too and they'll send you fabric samples so that you're confident before ordering.
Expensive, but better styles and much better quality than Ikea. Service is phenomenal. They explained the fine details behind the qualities and attributes of the furniture. Versus the Ikea explanation which should be, "Don't use or it will break and fall apart." This place is the only place I could find in the area that sells Herman Miller office chairs unless I want to go to Downtown LA.
Before Design Within Reach was located in SoCo, we would have to drive all the way up to Los Angeles to experience the comfort of particular furniture pieces. Thankful that they decided to expand the number of stores and offer to show more pieces in their showroom. More online stores should do the same.
Just left the store the after speaking to Mikalea Wilkins with a title of Studio Account Executive this is total joke!!! Asked a few questions about colors and finishes. She replied unless your going to buy it I'm not telling. This employee should not have a title of Studio Account Executive. Extremely rude and nasty! BUYER BEWARE!!!
Just LOVE everything in this store. I've furnished my home from essentials purchased here over the years. Knoll, Naguchi, Eames and many more, CLASSIC pieces.
Friendly and helpful staff. You can sort of try before you buy in store. I sat in a few desk chairs at a desk with a computer for probably half an hour to see how it would suit me long term.
Shame on you Herman Miller Ordered tables in August told delivery end Sept Then we called to find out why no delivery then told Oct 17 Never called to tell us delayed now till Dec Who do they think they are ? Companies like this have no reason to survive They are expensive with terrible service Shame on you Herman Miller
Poor quality stuff that breaks easily. It's over priced as well. Don't waste your money on cheaply made furniture.
