A few key pieces will make your home unique. The headboard/beds are incredible, I ordered one in a faux grey snakeskin-very Ralph Lauren looking, tufted and huge be sure to measure your angles/door for moving purposes. My sectional/chaise, comfy and sleek in a grey microfiber/ and custom measurements make it perfect for the room. The lucite legs are so MOD. 2 updated wing chairs with the modern flair, grace my family room in a metallic purple with grey veins-but its faux leather, looks great BUT splurge and get real leather or fabric for chairs for comfort. This place is great, mix your items with existing stuff to make your room from being too cartoonish looking. There's a reason why lots of celebs shop here, CUSTOM, UNIQUE, AND CHOICES GALORE ON COLORS AND TEXTURES. Kathy Walley
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. My wife has thus far spent a year dealing with this incompetent group and we're still having issues new stains / poor quality / pieces falling apart. Sales / customer service does not follow up on what they say they are going to do and the store does not stand behind a commitment to quality. We have escalated all the way up to the owner who seems to care even less. I am convinced yelp ratings are created internally since all people i have spoken to that have purchased through this store have their own horror stories. AGAIN, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FASHION ISLAND ROOM SERVICE. 3/3/13 UPDATE: Finally complained enough to get the couch removed but they would not cover the cost of fabric. Upon further inspection, they tried covering up a defect by laying additional fabric over the error. Unbelievable. They also put a hole in our ceiling as they were removing the couch and have yet to come out to repair. Check out the LA store reviews on Yelp.
Their designs are pretty much over the top and fairly 'regency'. They have some interesting stuff but for the most part it's a little too colorful or 'flashy' for my tastes. No real take on the service.
