Awesome jewelry store! Cindy, the saleswoman, was so excited when my fiancee and I came in to pick out her ring. She was very helpful! The ring came on time and looks beautiful and my fiancee is a very happy lady! We will be going back for wedding rings! We went to a different jeweler closer to our house and he seemed kind of "eh" about us it could have been because we are two women, but not positive over I don't know if it was our budget or not, and we didn't really see anything we liked. Then we came to Designer Jewelers and my fiancee immediately found a ring setting she liked. Cindy and Derek worked with us to get the diamonds into the price range I provided. We could either go with an oval cut with natural diamonds, but it would be smaller, or with a larger round cut with lab grown diamonds and my fiancee chose the lab diamonds and the ring is gorgeous and was $500 less than my max budget! They had no issue with our budget or that we chose lab diamonds they are cheaper than natural diamonds, but still look gorgeous. We are very happy customers! Update: Still 5 stars! Went back there while running some errands and so my fiancee could get her ring cleaned and I had a question for Derek, who was honest when I asked about putting some diamond chips in a wedding band that once was my dad's. Due to the design he said it wasn't possible, and I appreciated his honesty. Also, he gave us a great place to get engagement photos done and that is where we are going to do them in April because we both loved it and our photographer happens to be shooting a wedding there this summer so he was glad to be able to scope it out beforehand with us in a lower pressure environment! Great great place!
I went to Designer Jewelers yesterday for a small repair to my gold chain. A very nice lady did the repair within 5 minutes and didn't even charge me! I was so surprised and very grateful. Thank you, Designer Jewelers. Customer service goes a long way. I know where to go for my next jewelry purchase and will spread the good word about you!
This is the ONLY jewelry store that I will shop in. I have been going there for over 30 years and am always happy with my experience and the pieces that I purchase. Derek and his Dad, Vic, before him are the backbone on DJ. They have custom designed my rings and my Daughter in Law's engagement ring. Both are unique and stunning. I am always sure that I won't see a single item on people that I see. The quality and customer service is outstanding whether my trip was for something big or small. I love looking around each visit and identify many beautiful items. Thank you Derek and staff!
I have been shopping here for years. They have helped with the purchase of new jewelry, the repair of older jewelry and the creation of jewelry from older pieces. I also get my watch battery here which in the past has been difficult to find. They know their stuff, that’s for sure! I am writing today because they created a lovely piece for my daughter from my mother’s older bracelet. My daughter was so touched to get something modern from something old for her birthday and a remembrance of her grandmother!

You won't find the same old same old inventory at DJ's. It's a boutique shop that provides repairs, creative additions to your jewelry collection and stunning pieces you won't find anywhere else. Annie is a gem to work with! No pressure to purchase and patient until we picked out the perfect setting and diamond that she custom ordered for us! I have received more compliments on my custom made unique diamond engagement ring that Annie helped us design! The ring is breath taking and perfect thanks to designer Jewlers for awesome customer service to meet our needs!
I brought in a watch which we tried to replace the battery in but couldn’t get the lid back on. They took care of it while I waited, and didn’t charge me. Staff possibly the owners very nice. Highly recommend this place.
After a bad experience with a jeweler from a different town, Designer Jewelers produced a beautiful product for me and took away my sadness from my dealings with another jeweler. The customer service alone is nothing I have ever experienced. You will immediately feel like you have made life long friends you can truly trust. My only regret is that I didn't discover Designer Jewelers sooner. They will be my only 'go to' to jeweler from now on.
Great experience. Came in for a battery swap, quick turn around time. Had issue with battery dying after a few weeks, they took it apart and cleaned it and functions 100%. Amazing customer service, they have my future business!
