They sent me a damaged Saree, and did not take responsibility, they did not apologize, they said I did something to the saree, they said USPS throws packages so this happens , they said I am not understanding, they haven’t seen a customer like me in 15 years, they blocked me , they don’t pick up our calls. Horrible customer service, rude behavior, they blame you blatantly, waste of money, stuck with a bad product and ruined Diwali for me!

Excellent collection and high quality Indian jewelry for reasonable price. I received my orders beautifully packed. Shalini is very responsive and friendly. She shipped my orders on a priority mail so I receive it on time for an event. I’ve been a customer of Omfashiongallery for many years. Highly recommend this store.

I have been making purchases from Om Fashion Gallery for the last 5years and I have always had a wonderful experience. I love this store! Their collections are unlike anything I've seen in Massachusetts and all the dresses are very well made. I bought a chudidhar for a party and matching earrings and everyone was full of compliments. The staff helped the entire time I was there to help me decide what to buy. Their discounts were wonderful as well!

Felt very much excited to find an Indian clothing store in Massachusetts  with such a beautiful collection of latest trends. Friendly staff and quite atmosphere. Great collection of jewelry too. I bought a dress for very reasonable price than any other online sellers. I would recommend my friends to visit for sure.

Omfashion gallery is a lovely boutique with beautiful collections. There were so many options available and they were great quality wise. The owner was very friendly and helped me choose the perfect outfit and matching accessories. The prices were very reasonable. Definitely would recommend to my friends.

I am getting dresses from this store over last two years. Whenever I wanted her to ship to Minnesota, the dresses/jewels always arrived on time. The quality of the items are also very good.  We're totally happy to celebrate our grahapravesam now :

I really love the pieces and they are too good when you see them in real. Prices are reasonable on this thanksgiving sale. I recommend them to gals who like to buy variety of jewelry for good prices.
