Progressive is the worst insurance I've ever dealt with. Every time I call the employees are not helpful. I got charged an over draft fee through my bank account because they decided to take an insurance payment out AFTER it was canceled. Refunded the money but refuse to refund me 37$ for their mistake. I will never go through progressive again and I will make sure my friends and family know what a lousy company progressive is!

I used to love detlef.. It was such a personal visit every trip with mr detlef.. Now its more industrialized. But still a good place!
