I can’t speak to the medical treatment. But the dr don’t take patients after 230pm. I had to take time off of work, he didn’t even look at my test results for an hour after my scheduled appointment time. They looked at me like I was unreasonable when I left after I hadn’t seen the dr an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Ridiculous, unprofessional, and franky rude that they can’t see patients in a timely manner.

My son had his tonsils removed by Dr Pinnock. He ended up having three surgeries—two emergency when the sutures ruptured—and he’s still having issues years later. His throat tissue was described as “Swiss cheese” by another specialist. I would not recommend that anyone go to this doctor. Run the other way!!!’

The review is for the receptionist Tammy. Very rude and disrespectful. I don't see how this associate works here with such unprofessionalism. Dr.Pinnock is nice it's this one person that gives the company a bad reputation.

Please no one go there first I had a surgery at this place this treated me bad I have an appointment to follow up because I still have the same problem and I waited for an hour after my appointment time and I left I think they are money hungry taking that much patience at the same time

Just had my allergy shot test done today staff was super nice incredibly helpful the test was virtually painless did burn and itch a bit after but everyone’s different

Love this place they treat you like family all the staff is so nice
