Took my phone in to get the 3 camera lens fixed with the price being $85. Definitely got a refund for the botched camera lens that they put on my phone. Called phone repair in Lexington downtown and there only charging $50 including labor!!! Definitely recommend that place. They will have the right parts for you and have your phone looking just right. Screw this place :
These guys are absolutely fantastic! We have been shopping at this location for about 10 years now, even back when it was known as Laptop Exchange! we counted it up the other day, and over the years, my family has purchased seven computers and 12 cell phones. every single time, the employees have made it an absolutely wonderful experience, going above and beyond to address any special needs or requirements we’ve had. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced from a company. Highly recommend!
Great experience! They have worked on my Dell lap top........installed Win 7 Pro few years ago.....recent upgrade to Win 10 Pro......installed solid state hard drive and more memory. I am a member of the Repair Club and they take care of anti-virus also. Nothing but good experiences with this team.......top shelf!
This is a tramendouse place to shop. They are all polite there. I don’t buy any other electronics or anything but there. They even fix stuff there and are great at it and VERY honest. If they can’t fix it then they will explain why it can’t be. Go there for every day electronic needs and especially on Black Friday. Excellent Place.
I called around to about 10 local places asking about a battery replacement for my semi-obscure Android phone a Razer Phone 2 by Razer--not to be confused with an old-school Razr by Motorola, everyone refused to even consider it because it wasn't Apple, Samsung, or Google. Device Pit Stop said they could not find parts. After I offered to get the battery and bring it in, manager conferred with the other techs and appraised me of the risks, I brought it in a few days later and it was done in 2 hours while I went to eat! Amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It was worth the quoted $80.00 to me just for the time and stress saved. Check these guys out if you need a phone or PC repaired! Edit: The following day I noticed my phone was working but no one could hear me speak Microphone was dead. I ran what tests I could, they asked me to bring it back in, found the issue quickly something had happened during the previous work and fixed it during the hour or so I was out to dinner. No further charge, issue was fixed; they said the microphone/speaker area was quite dirty and gross probably from the factory that way re: soldering job and adhesive. They cleaned it up, and now the phone sounds better than it did when it was new! Can't recommend these guys enough!
Great experience. Took my sons iPhone in because it wasn’t charging correctly. Spencer cleaned the port free of charge. I always get good service here. Highly recommend
Took my daughters headphones in after calling to see if they could repair them and was told over the phone yes, so drove 45 minutes to get to them. Upon arrival was told they don't repair headphones. The place was chaotic and no real way for them to tell who arrived when so you just get taken care of when you speak up. They have a nice variety of refurbished electronics and accessories available. Not sure if I will return after the incorrect information given over the phone and the long drive.
Low balled on a Apple Watch se with lte then sold me a fake pair of Apple AirPods Pro real AirPods Pro’s are 5.4 each ear bud not 3.2 who ever buys something double check everything Taking my stuff for now on to top dollar at least they treat you fair and treat you like family
I went in to inquire about a laptop for work and was assisted by a representative named Mikey. He was very friendly and attentive and knowledgeable, he asked about my needs and recommended a great laptop for half the money I was thinking of spending. He went ahead and explained exactly what I was purchasing and its uses. He also took time to show me the value in comparison to other places offering the same computer at much higher prices.
The worst in town for repairs. I took my beats pill for repairs and they completely destroyed it even further. Unfortunately the charge port was ripped away from the motherboard, and took the connection points with it, so it would also require a motherboard replacement. Repair isnt feasible and now have to Replace instead because of their sloppiness and inexperience. I would give them zero stars but requires an entry to leave a review. Don't go there for repairs, maybe buy back only. Response: It's the correct store, it wasn't repaired or fixed but handed back in worse condition.
