I am out of town and like to try different stores to shop for bourbon I can't find at home. The selection here is AWESOME. The prices are also very reasonable, either at or just a small amount above MSRP, most were at MSRP. If you're wanting allocated, you can avoid this store as a traveler. They use a loyalty points system which you need 500 points to buy a bottle from this section. The prices on these bottles were elevated, $140 for Weller 12, but I still applaud this store for being loyal to loyal customers.
Decent selection with ok prices
In person visit is great. What is disappointing is the delivery. Just that one experience ruined everything and made me to give one star. Please make sure you hire workers that are friendly and ABLE TO READY GOOGLE MAPS. Your driver was so off the address I gave me, it literally astonished me. What was even more amazing is that your driver was blaming me for him ending up in the wrong place AND said he will NOT deliver my order. Wow such custom service and dedication also, what is the point of having a phone number listed if after calling 7 times no one picked up…

Went in to buy a bottle of fortaleza blanco. When the guys brought it up to the register, he said he wouldn’t sell it to me because i dont have points, i was never aware that i needed points to buy a bottle. Needless to say, they lost my business.
Not mad just disappointed. Went there today and miraculously my account no longer exists in their system. Hmm...odd since I've literally been coming here for years, had many points collected and no one could even figure out how to re enter my info. Sad.
I have been a customer since they opened. Spent thousands there. But I was turned down on a nice bottle today because I didn't have enough "points." First time ever. They have a rewards program, but apparently, if you actually use your points, you can't buy the good stuff. Whats the point then? FOH with that, I'll take my money somewhere else. Extremely disappointed.
Read the disclaimer before showing up to pick up an on line order. They will refuse to fulfill the order even if you paid on line. Hopeful they will at least keep their word to refund my credit card.
Their deliveries often take over 2 hours. Their staff is rude and condescending when you have to interact with them. They think they are busy but in reality they are just intensely under-staffed. This place is awful.
