I can not recommend Giana and the Diamond Guild enough! My fiance and I designed my custom engagement ring together with the help and expertise of Giana. The private appointments make the experience so much more special than a traditional jeweler. Giana was knowledgable, patient, accommodating and never once pressured us into any decisions. She spent numerous hours with us making sure every single detail was perfect! I get endless compliments on my ring and will never go anywhere else for any jewelry need!
We knew we wanted to shop with a local jeweler for our engagement ring. In a very unassuming location, the service and quality is stellar. Leslie was an absolute delight to work with and did a great job of keeping us updated on timelines. She did not try to force us past our budget and spent a lot of time checking to see what style my fiancée really wanted. We checked out a few other shops as part of our due diligence and they all acted too pushy and aggressive. Leslie and the team at Diamond Guild never made us feel that way, and the ring came out absolutely beautiful. Can not recommend enough.
Leslie Jones did a fantastic job keeping my ring within my price range while giving me more than i could have hoped for, truly. Great experience, Leslie was completely focused on me and my wants. Not once did I ever feel I was being sold something higher than my range, outside of wants, and I would highly recommend Leslie, and will, to every single one of my friends in line to go ring shopping. Going with someone you trust makes all the difference, and Leslie provided that trust. The ring is absolutely gorgeous, and my fiance certainly agrees!
My then boyfriend, now fiancé, and I were looking at engagement rings for each other. Elaine sat down with us and showed us many different rings styles. Taking the time to explain different styles, have us try them on, and ask questions. She took the time to make sure we were getting something we love. She didn't try to upsell or push us towards any one direction, unlike other jewelry places we went to. We were very happy with our purchases and are now happily engaged. We would highly recommend The Diamond Guild.
The Diamond Guild has always done a fantastic job on anything I’ve ever needed. I live in NY and visit family in Boston. If I need or want something, I’ve been going to the DG for years. I tried to find a jeweler near me, but the quality of work, and customer service doesn’t compare. My most recent need was to put my deceased mother’s valuable diamond into a platinum setting ring. Gianna spent a lot of time with me deciding between 1/4 to 1/2 mm difference in size. For her to sit happily doing something like that I took a long time, giving me advice and waiting ever so patiently until I made up my mind, puts Gianna and the customer care of the Diamond Guild in a category worthy of more than 5 stars. Shopping for and purchasing my fiancée’s engagement ring was a great experience from begging to end at The Diamond Guild, I cannot recommend them enough. Giana is very knowledgeable and was able to guide me through the entire process one step at a time, and without any of the uncomfortable sales pressure I had felt with previous stores! She and the staff at The DG were able to help me turn the ring I pictured in my head into a reality, and I couldn’t be happier with it came out. I will be recommending them to my friends and will 100% be coming back for out wedding bands when the time comes!

My friend and I came here preemptively to shop around for her future engagement ring. We were inexperienced in the market, and made that clear pre-appointment. They took all of the time we needed with us and explained what to look for in certain rings and styles, in detail. I love that this place has pre set and customizable rings as well! Her boyfriend will definitely be coming here for their engagement.
I felt compelled to write this unsolicited testimonial based upon the experience that Karen, now my Fiancée, and I had at the Diamond Guild with Leslie Jones. From the moment we arrived at Diamond Guild you set us both at ease and made us feel like we were the most important people on the planet! As you know, we had some pre conceived ideas on what type of Diamond Setting we wanted and how we wanted it set. You took the time to discuss with us our individual needs and how you could enhance the ring with certain settings, stones, etc. The Setting is so magnificent and we can't even put into words how we feel about the price/value relationship of the setting. Everything you did, said, and promised was exactly as you alluded to in all of our visits and conversations. It's a great relief to have a consummate professional working on your behalf to make an event such as an engagement so very special. Honestly, Karen has had the Ring on her finger for a month or so and can't stop talking about it, looking at it, and hoping anyone we know asks her to see it. She is so proud to be wearing a "Diamond Guild Setting" and all the Thanks goes to you Leslie. In closing, we have found "Engagement Nirvana" at Diamond Guild and Leslie Jones. I would highly recommend anyone who wants a professional, world class experience to visit Leslie. And Leslie, you can use me as a reference anytime, it would be my pleasure.
Giana and her team were absolutely wonderful during the entire ring buying experience. Never once felt pressured to buy something out of my price range and all of the options and opinions they have were excellent. Could not possibly recommend this place more.
