Diamond Nails

My MIL suggested going here since she has been going for years. I’ve had Tim both times I went and he did great on my nails! He is quick but very skilled. Will definitely be going back and asking for Tim again!Service: Acrylic nails

I just gotta brag on Andy with my nails! He is always willing to do whatever design I show him and they turn out amazing! This Christmas set is by far my favorite, Halloween was a close second though!

Took 3 for simple short nails purple with white marble. I have gotten this done so many time and every time I come in the waiting time try longer. I’m tired of getting there first and being served last especially with a bad set of nails.Service: Acrylic nails

When I first arrived I used the restroom, which was FILTHY. Afterwards, there was a long wait but not their fault because I didn't have an appointment. I was getting dip nails and a gel pedicure. Tim did my nails, unfortunately. After dipping the white nails in the powder, he switched to a different white powder which was in a porcelain container. This powder had other different color specks in it. Tim pointed it out and said he would fix it. Ok, no worries. Then he put on an activation top coat and said the nails look a little yellow from the topcoat and that he would fix it. Again, no worries. He then put a white gel on one hand, which I told him he didn't need to do, and it looked streaky and bubbly. I asked him if we could do it without the white gel. He agreed and took it off. The whole time he was rushing me so he could get someone else in. He kept telling me to go back and get my pedicure with my nails halfway done and that he would finish my nails later. I seen where that was going and told him I would like my nails fully done before I went back for my pedicure. When he was finished,my right thumb looked terrible! Bubbly and lopsided! And there were still different color specks on 3 of my white nails. I asked him to fix them and he refused, saying that it cant be fixed. He said there was no pleasing me and that he was taking my nails off and that I needed to go somewhere else! Also, it was late and he wanted to go home! Wowwww! We got there at 5:15! Its not my fault that it took them forever to get me in! If you were unable to accommodate me, tell me that when I walk in! He then yelled back to someone to cancel my pedicure. Now my cuticles on my entire left hand are cut up and bleeding from them grinding my nails off! And all my nails are brittle and breaking off! Very disappointing and unprofessional service! I have pictures of the lopsided, bubbly thumb nail and of my bleeding cuticles! Im trying to figure out how to post them with this review! Hopefully they sanitize their tools, before and after making a customer bleed!Services: Manicure

Always does an amazing job and worth the amount of time. We do something new every week.
