All the sporting goods stuff you could ever need. Nice golf section. The staff is friendly and helpful
I purchased a Sole F63 treadmill on November 8th for $1,199.00. Upon purchasing it I asked the associate, that with the holidays coming, what happens if they drop the price? Will they pay out the difference. To his defense he didn't know the exact rule but said that he was sure that I would be taken care of. Fast forward 3 weeks, my brother needs a treadmill. I go online and see that the same treadmill I purchased is listed $100 less at $1,099.00. I call customer service and they tell me I am out of luck. Something about 14 days. I look over their website and can't find anything about a 14-day policy. Who knows. What I do know is that I am a loyal customer who expected to be taken care of and was not. In my case my customer loyalty was not important.
If you need it, they have it. They even have a batting cage in the store. It truly is impressive to see the options of clothing colors they keep stocked. The employees if you're lucky enough to track one down and corner them do know a lot about the stuff they sell, but it's hard to find someone if you need to ask questions.
Called ahead to see if they had a solo stove. The person I spoke with assured me they had plenty, took my name and said she would put one on hold. I arrived to pick it up as well as some other items and was told they sold out. I thought maybe I had called the wrong store, but when called back that number she answered and pretended it was someone else who put one aside for me… I understand that retail brick and mortar is a hard business, customer service should be way better.
Smaller then a Dick’s Sporting Goods I would go to. Staff was pleasant and helpful, wish there was a larger selection on Winter items
I had a really good experience here. The store manager is very helpful and patience while he helped me exchange my shoes. Highly recommended!
They always have something Sportsy you will want to buy and the employees will help you with anything you need.
Dropped items on the floor twice while laughing about it, barely apologized. Do your associates always roll up customer's clothes in a ball or do they not know how to fold? Had to ask for a bag then watch as the clothes got stuffed into it. Overpriced to be getting that kind of customer service
Anything and everything you could possibly want! Great selection.
The selection is very good, at least for the items I have gone for. On my visit today however, the cashier was wearing their mask under their nose most of the time. Sometimes it was even below his upper lip. He also pulled it down completely to speak several times. In addition, the customer ahead of me had a return that ended up taking quite awhile. There was no other cashier. Eventually a manager came up to assist with the return but then as soon as that was done she went away instead of helping to check out customers, even though the line had gotten long by then.
