Not a great experience with long Richardson here. Ordered online and didn’t get a confirmation email. Could be me? Everything showed in stock but when I went to pick up only one item was ready. Came back later and was told items on back order. Not a huge deal but having accurate inventory counts would be nice. Know I now to not rely on their order for something needed at a specifics date/ time. And the prices are pretty darn high IMO.
Easy returns, which brought us in. Then found some great gifts. Huge Yeti selection and extra lids! Staff friendly and helpful, even though it was busy.
When checking out I asked an employee to see if I had any rewards points to apply to my total knowing I received a coupon for 10 dollars off in the mail the past week. When she said I didn’t have any I assumed she didn’t actually check or she wanted me along with other customers to pay full price
This store was amazing! The associates were very helpful in finding exactly what I needed. Jordan, the manager, was so knowledgeable and friendly, she made me feel right at home. I will only shop at this Dick’s Sporting Goods from now on. 5 stars all the way!!
The associate that ran us out was amazing! Great customer service!!! He went above and beyond to make sure an issue was resolved! He was working register at mall entrance right before close on Sunday with a FULL lane and still took time for us! Wish I caught his name... think it was Kevin? Thank you!!
Finally after months of trying, I'm able to buy some new athletic wear since I started my weightloss journey back in Jan. The cashier and sales associate who helped me on the floor took their time with me and didn't rush me into making any decisions I may regret...thank you for keeping the store clean and organized!
Came here and found a pair of running shoes I liked. Went to go checkout and asked for my military discount i have gotten it here over 10 times no problems or questions asked which they replied we don't do that here. The cashier stated "the lady who does them isn't here". I asked to speak to the manager and she had an attitude. Needless to say I left the shoes on the counter and walked out. I will take my business elsewhere with no problem.
Lots of stock. Salespeople friendly and helpful. Was looking for a certain brand of socks. Found them. Now if I could just figure out where I put them when I came home. Yay me!!
Always a solid selection of shoes and gear.....and well-stocked with Shoe Goo, which I purchase throughout the year. And it's worth scouting around for sales merch -- especially as seasons transition, because top athletes to weekend warriors enjoy scoring a bargain or two.
Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful from the word go. Especially, Nicose and Sean provided an outstanding service. Please keep them around forever :. Store Strongsville was very well organized and it was very easy to spot on whatever was needed without any assistance. Big Thumbs-up!
