I’m giving you five stars because I don’t want to mess up your rating scale. This isn’t a complaint, just a customer service observation. I came in to get a new water filter for my fridge. Karl in parts was by himself and was waiting on a gentleman with a pretty extensive order. I could see what was going on and had no problem waiting. There were five people behind the sales desk and in the fifteen minutes I stood there not one person acknowledged me. Karl was busy, but never said I’ll be right with you and the sales folks were six feet away from me and not one word was spoken, including when I walked in door. I was on my lunch hour and figured I would have to try another time. Again, not a word was said as I turned around and walked out.
I did not have a good experience. I was very disappointed with the sales staff and management I encountered. The new refrigerator I purchased was delivered and left with several dents all over it. I had to call multiple times and speak with several people before it was finally replaced with a new one that was not dented. The new replacement refrigerator was then broke after 3 days using it, the repair person came and said it needed a new part. It’s been a month and I never heard back, there was no follow up at all regarding the new part he said would be ordered. In addition, my dryer has been used a few times and it’s already malfunctioning as well.
Was met by sales rep in short order and discussed our need for shopping. He gave us couple models and explained features very well. He very professionally worked to determine availability of different models and worked through the invoicing process and fully explained the cost breakdown. He listened well to our concerns and explained it very well.
I thought the experience was excellent except they couldn’t get the door on my dryer when I wanted it reversed and it was a Saturday. Don’t know if they will get this done on Monday or not. It took 10 days then they they pushed all the venting together in such a way it wouldn’t vent outside. We just fixed it our selves!
Got a good price on a new microwave the salesperson was patient and knowledgeable helping me to get the model I was looking for. Great service. They had to get it from the store in Springfield. When it arrived it was taken out of the box and checked then put in my truck. Great service!
We had a great experience. The sales person, Dylan Dunlap was super helpful! He was very knowledgeable about the stoves we were interested in. He was super nice!!
Everything fine except for lack of display models of range and refrigerator we had decided on based on website shopping, and long wait approximately 2 months on range and microwave.
I should have come in to your store in the first place, but you did rescue me after the "Big Box" store left me in the lurch. However, I simply cannot understand why the stove I wanted to buy could not be sold to me simply because you didn't have another one in stock. It was sitting on the floor, but it couldn't be sold and delivered to me? Makes no sense to me at all.
Terrible customer service while having my washer delivered. Gave me the wrong times and they don’t care. Wasted my day and time Update:: washer wasn’t installed correctly and doesn’t fit properly with my dryer. So now I have a washer that leaks and a dryer that might fall over while using it. No manager or owner would speak with me. Update #2 One week later and the washer still doesn’t work properly because is leaks. They installed it wrong according to the repair tech that came out. So…..we wait. Not one manager has reached out to me and they didn’t have a manager on duty for the entire day I was experiencing problems. The saga continues…… Sales manager Jeff Weathers was no help whatsoever and he is apparently a manager. If you buy from him don’t expect any help. All he does is sell you the items and then you have to deal with their call center. No accountability at all.
My gas range stopped working on Sunday in the middle of Super Bowl baking. Called first thing Monday morning and they had the hard to find range I had been looking for here on Tuesday! Mike was great to work with.
