Beware and eat at your own risk here! I went in on a Sunday afternoon 5/1/22 for a carryout-this is what the employee/rapper gave me. This was probably something from the previous day that had been sitting around, it could have killed me and the Health Dept will be contacted.
Came in for the first time today and Brandon and Paige were AMAZING! from the moment we walked in the door they were welcoming, knowledgeable about the menu, and went out of their way to accommodate us. I was recommended the jalapeño cheddar kielbasa and brisket, both were phenomenal. It’s rare that I see customer service skills like that, I will definitely be back : thanks again for an awesome experience!
I haven’t had such good ribs around here! They are as good as you get them in Texas, a little smoked and cooked to perfection! Good job!
Unfortunately I've had better barbecue by far. Employees really need help, corporation needs to do something about the number of employees working there. Having a couple work the whole place while baby sitting their kid is not only sad to watch, but unprofessional. Management should step up and help this couple out. Only reason for the three star is cause the food was alright.
Think Twice about eating here!!! I choked on a 3in piece of plastic bag that was twisted into my pulled pork sandwich. Partially slid down my throat due to BBQ sauce. Luckily I was able to cough it back up. It pains me to think if this would have happened to a child who doesn't know how to cough it back up.
First time customer and was disappointed. I brought my husband, sister, and sister in law with me. Our salads had no dressing and the food was cold. They forgot our corn muffins and when asked for them, they thought I was just trying to get more bread for free. Almost all of the soda was out of order and so was the ice cream machine. I’m disappointed that I wasted $80. I wanted so bad to like this place!!! Update: it’s been months and still no reply from the email I was asked to send them.
DICKEYS IS DELICIOUS. My partner and I went here today and was kinda surprised on how slow they were, it's shocking because the food is fantastic and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The GM even gave us some freebies because they didn't have a few things do to not having power a day or two before. We both had the brisket and it's just amazing, nicely seasoned and not dry. The rolls are delicious as well. To anyone looking to try something new or have a craving for good BBQ come to dickeys and give them a try.
I ordered food to take to some of my customers they absolutely loved it! Brian and Tashia were amazing, they got my order together sooner than expected and called to let me know I could come get anytime! Great customer service is hard to find, but not when they are working!
I've only been to this location 3 or 4 times over the years but they have always been friendly. My wife noticed it too. I ran into grab some take out and mentioned that everybody was really nice. Her response was "isn't this the one that they're always nice at". Anyway, stay safe guys and keep up the great work! Loved the new wings -thanks.
