Shogun Japanese Steak House

I'm trying different restaurants in the area since I'm new here. I'm not a fan of how the food tasted personally. The fried BBQ pork fried rice was ok even though I was expecting more meat and the pot stickers chicken were nice and plump but the sauce was really salty and not what I'm used to tasting from other locations I've tried. The service was amazing and quick and it seemed like a nice environment overall.

Had an order or fried rice and the noodles.. they aren't too bad but needs more sauce or spice to it... The dragon roll was the best part! But the vegas roll isn't all that bit still good.... The fried dumplings I will give a 7 out of 10....

Used to be my favorite place but everything you try to order is a no can do that, no fried rice with my meal ? Doesn't come with that? No soup with meal?? Didn't know new decor would make such a difference in service. So sad loved their food.Food: 5/5

I haven't ate here in years but wanted to come back, visit and try their food again. We sat down and ate Chinese food today. The food was not bad at all. I will post pics. What was not great was the 18% gratuity added to all orders, no matter the size. Also asked for a refill on a side of white rice and was charged 3.99 for a cup of cooked white rice. Service was very limited. Won't be back anytime soon.

More of a 3.5 rating for me. First time ordering from here online and food isn’t bad but… I ordered the broccoli beef cause I wanted mainly broccoli as veggies and for the special note I wrote “spicy” — they charged $1 just to make it spicy. Heck?! I’ve never had that ever happen at any other restaurant before. Definitely a first. Well the broccoli beef had other veggies AND IT WASN’T even that spicy. I should’ve just ordered the Szechuan Beef to save the money lol. We also had the Chicken Lo Mein. Portion for both dishes weren’t bad. Taste were decent. Will probably come here again when craving Chinese food. Will just have to be smarter next time with my order.

The waitress was very rude. The chef cook must have been new, he did ok but was very blah and didn’t interact with us at all. The food was borderline good, the shrimp and calamari were chewy : The chicken and steak were good.Food: 4/5

Fresh and delicious Chinese food. Got the 4/$50 Whole fried fish with special sauce, spicy squid, spicy shrimp, and beef brisket with tofu. Generous amount. Waitess was super nice and friendly.

When me and my fiance first got there we noticed it was empty and we wondered why. The waitress was pass aggressive and had a ride angry attitude when taking our order, forks were dirty, the Cook didn't speak ANY English and the Rice was not fully cooked, it was hard and crunchy to whereas it was inedible.When we were about to leave as we requested carry-out containers the waitress's whole demeanor and attitude changed completely ase she became very happy that we were leaving as if we weren't welcomed there in the first place! We will not be visiting this particular Shogun restaurant ever again to be treated with piss poor service!

Did lunch take out order via Uber eats for Hibachi lunch Genji special - chicken and shrimp with fried rice upgrade came with miso soup and ginger salad. I have to say for the price they serve up a good entree size portions. Alot of other places upcharge for the fried rice but not here. Plenty of leftover from the meal. Highly recommend them. Look forward in the future for a dine in experience as I have heard even great reviews from friends about dining in.

Got there at 630 asked for a separate table as we had 6 adults and 1 child. We had finished out soup and salad and they sat another couple at our table despite my asking for a separate table. Took almost an hour for them to start cooking our meal. Didn't get the food until 745pm. Last time I will visit thereFood: 3/5
