Very simple and absolutely amazing food! Easy to decide because you just choose 1 what meat you want 2 what kind of rice or noodles & 3 vegetables or no veggies. It was so delicious. Very quiet inside And plenty of tables if you want to eat in. They are also very fast making to-go orders. There’s an app you can order ahead in also. I will be trying that next time. I asked for chicken breast and the top layer of chicken was that, unfortunately the bottom layer was not. That was extremely disappointing. However, the flavor is amazing. I will definitely be a frequent flier now that I know how good it is! Highly recommend! Parking: Large parking lot. Plenty of open spots.
Only 1 tofu option on the menu but it's quite good. If you like any flavor in your tofu make sure to order it spicy, otherwise it's a bland mess. It's rare to find good vegetarian food in a fast casual chain, especially Chinese, so I'm happy.Food: 5/5
Plain little restaurant. But the food was good. Brown rice, tender strips of steak, crunchy vegetables all in a teriyaki sauce. Good.Food: 4/5
This experience was pretty disappointing. I placed the online order and it said it would be ready by 4:38 pm. I arrived at 4:55 pm and they did not have the food ready they found the receipt under a bunch of other receipts that were completed. So I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to remake the food. Then when I opened the junior bowl, there was about 5 broccoli pieces I paid extra for all broccoli and a few pieces of the chicken on top of the rice. To pay over $10 for this portion of food was very disappointing. I could get more food elsewhere for the same price…now I know.
Placed an online order a few days ago. When I arrived, they told me that they didn't have teriyaki chicken. My kid doesn't like anything else, so I asked them to cancel the order. The girl said she didn't know how to do that and the person who could was making all the food. I wasn't going to wait, however long it was going to take, to wait for the right person to stop making food to come cancel my order. Well, they didn't end up canceling my order and proceeded to charge my credit card. I wrote their customer service and no response after two days. Overall, I like the food when I go to a location that has product in stock and good service, but this place has failed me a few times already. I don't plan on wasting my time with this location anymore. Side note: What's with the wall of tables blocking off the bathroom? Edit Note: 6-17-2023 I DID NOT receive a refund to my credit card. Edit Note: 6-20-2023 Refund received on my credit card and points returned.
Awful experience. I should have read the reviews before deciding to come here. I went into the restaurant to place my order, placed it and paid at 12:17pm. I did not get my order until 12:56pm. Everytime an online order arrived, they made it on the spot. So instead of making mine while I was standing there, I had to wait. 40. Minutes. RIDICULOUS. And don't even try blaming corporate for that one- that is 100% on the owners working there. The food was mediocre at best. It wasn't warm and my "veggies" consisted of two pieces of broccoli. It wasn't any better than your average mall food. Overall, I would NOT recommend this location to anyone after the experience I and as it seems, many others had. Nor will I be back. I hope they make much needed improvements.
I am normally very understanding and do not post reviews, however this time I am going to mention that the cashier was in a bad mood. She made a mistake when she charged for the food because she was not paying attention, due to her bad attitude. She called the cook to the cash register to try to fix it he was touching the screen gloves on, then he went back to the kitchen and continued cooking without changing his gloves. I am not going back to this place.
Updated to address response: I've restored the full 5 star rating I've had on here for years. I understand the pandemic has hurt you guys a lot and I'm hopeful you'll get to being fantastic again. My outdated original review now follows: Removed my 4 year old 5 star rating to post this 4 star rating. Man, this place like sucks now. Refills are now limited to once per visit—which I didn't know until I was reached out to at the machine for the second one, and bathrooms aren't accessible to customers anymore. The food is still good, but it's sad to see what's happened with everything else. See update above since this paragraph is now out of date
The food at Teriyaki Madness is normally great, but I’ve been having issues with my orders lately. Today I ordered my regular -Orange Chicken Bowl with an egg roll. My bowl had 2 pieces of broccoli, no cabbage, and full of onions. I’ve never had that many onions in a meal before! I have digestive issues so I couldn’t really eat the meal because of how many onions. My egg roll was gummy. Also the sauce that normally comes with the bowl was missing. It was pretty disappointing. These issues could be due to a lack of staff, but hopefully things will get better soon.
The owner gave me his phone number directly and was phenomenal to talk through the issues that we had. He was understanding and worked quickly to make up for the issues that we experienced. Worker was apathetic, got both orders wrong and didn’t notice until we got home 25 minutes, and wasn’t able to use a gift card with the code provided.
