Very clean restaurant, our waitress was very nice and attentive, and the food was amazing as always! Hadn’t been to a Red Robin in a year or two but they have REALLY expanded their menu! Neat that they have different options for bottomless sides now, although I always go with the classic fries. There is a military discount with ID. I see some complaints about price in the other reviews, but these are GOURMET burgers and you get endless side. If you want to pay $5 for a burger, go to McDonald’s.
Red Robin seems to never disappoint. I had the salmon with the endless salad my husband had the cheeseburger and fries. Our waitress was friendly, The food came out delicious. I think this will be one of my new favorite spots for salmon. The tables were wiped down nicely and everything seem to be clean.
Service 10/10 Food. 8/10 Atmosphere 8/10 Bathroom. 10/10 Score 90% I haven't been to red Robin in years and I figure I give them a try. Amanda was our server and she was excellent. She kept a smile even when no one was looking. We came in an hour before closing and everyone at the restaurant was on top of their game. Appetizer was mozzarella cheese sticks Pretzel bacon burger w fries Whisky river bbq burger Pretzel bites The mozzarella stick was above average Ranch was thicker than most restaurant Pretzel burger was delicious with alot of flavor and goes well with cheese dipping sauce The bbq burger I highly recommend The Pretzel bites is average and not worth getting. I came here to give my immigrant wife her first taste of America! Our waiter Jen was outstanding, she was attentive, patient, had a positive attitude, and was very helpful. The onion ring tower was delicious, as well as the burgers we ordered. They also have gluten free buns for anyone who can't eat gluten like myself and was delicious! The fries were delicious too! Our food came fast and at the same time. We will absolutely come back here again! Thank you Red Robin and Jen!
I'm very disappointed with this location we spent over $25 and although it was a gift card still the portion of the food was to my understanding very unporchanized it wasn't portion properly it wasn't fair the bottomless basket of fries don't get me started with the fries don't even give me started when you have a takeout order you should really go up on your portions. I'm very disappointed with this location of all locations this is the busiest location and it's on a very busy road Hall Road so I would assume that you guys would bring your A game and you guys did not not to mention the avocado salad that we had was salty and the blue cheese that was on there was actually old I'm very disappointed and don't give me started with the chicken that was on the salad I'm just I'm over it.
I haven't been to Red Robin in almost 2 years I believe. I was not disappointed with my return. Went during lunch on a weekday and it was not very busy. Was greeted promptly and sat immediately. Server showed up soon after for the customary drink order and gave us time to decide. I asked about their new Cheesy Fondu burger and was instantly convinced to try it. Food was delivered hot and fast and that burger was choice. Highly recommend if you Like cheese, added bonus dipping the fries in the fondue bacon sauce mix. Table was clean, floor was clean as well as the cutlery. Waitress checked in us often and had a great attitude
It has been at least 2 years since I visited a Red Robin. I met my daughter and some friends there for drinks after a long week. The burgers, the onion rings appetizer 13 be and clucks/fries tasted great. The drinks on the other had not so much depending on person. The Tito's Blue Chill was weak. I didn't even get a buzz. I was told the Tropical Mai Tai was on point. I sampled it and you definitely tasted the alcohol. The Red Zombie was saturated with alcohol to the point the drink didn't taste good, not even to the veterans. The Spiked Freckled Lemonade was not a hit either. But our waitress Donna did a great job servicing our table.
*Highly Recommend* Great Service, delicious food & drinks. We would definitely return to this location again in the future.
This is what the “Brisket Smothered Chips” actually look like when you get them. A bunch of mostly dry, flavorless chips with a few teaspoons of vaguely-sauced beef flicked overtop. I ordered a fudge-filled chocolate chip cookie and it was sad, droopy and raw. Like, wet and grey raw. My partner’s boneless wings were disgusting. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at other locations. Not sure what’s going on here but it is not ok. I never post reviews like this but I’m just so incredibly disappointed I can’t not. This dinner should not have been allowed to leave the kitchen.
We had to walk in the cold from the back of the building because all the spots in front are reserved for the ppl who work there to bring food out to the ppl who can't be bothered to come inside.. smh.. let's not forget our customers who actually come inside.. we aren't the ones being paid to come in and out those doors.... once we got inside, The fries were amazing but the rest was horrible, from the chatting hostess with her coworker- not us who reluctantly stopped talking just long enough to sit us at a long community style table with 2 other patrons. Was huffy we circled around the table deciding who to sit on which side as we didn't want to be too close sat to the other patrons.... she swivels around to a 2 top, says you rather sit here? Which we did gladly.. All the way to to the dirty menus she gave us to order from down to the rest of the food which had a really funny taste and surprise made both my mom and myself sick the rest of the day and most of the next one. It was the only thing either of us ate that day. I usually love eating here, my mom was excited to try it after me raving... but this time not so much. I always get so excited to see it cause I know good foods in store... I posted my review before i even took my jacket off I was so sure lol.. smh.. but this time, the sign lied.. we drove almost 40 minutes one way to eat here and after this time probably won't ever again.
