The national fast casual barbecue chain was founded in Dallas, TX in 1941 by Travis Dickey with the goal of authentic slow smoked barbecue. Today, the Dallas-based family run barbecue franchise still offers a quality selection of signature meats, home style sides, tangy barbecue sauce, free ice cream and free kids’ meals every Sunday. All meats are slow smoked on site in each restaurant every day. Along with its dine-in option, Dickey’s Barbecue offers an array of catering options including boxed lunches, delivery buffet and full service catering.
