Capoeira
Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, music and acrobatics. It was created in Brazil mainly by descendants of African with Brazilian native influences, probably beginning in the 16th century. It is known by quick and complex moves, using mainly power, speed, and leverage for leg sweeps. Focusing on teaching practitioners self defense and lots of fun.
Diego Silveira Capoeira Group
The Diego Silveira Capoeira Group It was created in 2010, by the professor of Capoeira Diego Silveira and his friend, the Taekwondo Master Steve Kotwa, after a visit of the Brazilian in the Academy of Master Steve.
Currently the group has capoeira classes 4 times a week taught by instructor Steve Kotwa, The teacher of capoeira Diego Silveira, comes once a year to change the students cords and give the students a course of a month.
