Patient of Dr. Nia, he and/or his staff refuse to answer questions and were very rude as time went on. Used the patient portal during a medication change because I was having some questionable side effects. Sent 3 messages due to brain fog and forgetting things. Got 2 letters in the mail saying They will "Withdrawal care" if I continue using their message system like that...wasn't ER worthy. They definitely don't care about your mental health that's for sure.

The doctor Josi Santana didn’t spend more than 5 minutes with me and did not demonstrate professionalism when talking to a patient. Not worth the wait or pay. I would expect better from a “professional”.

I've had to leave without being seen at Urgent Care several times for myself or my kids. Even when we've had an appointment we waited an hour and a half without anyone coming into the room. Tonight I waited two hours and had to leave to get my son to bed. Nothing urgent about the care here. I'll go to Davis Urgent Care or even the ER is faster. I have no idea why they even take appointments at this place, you still wait like you walked in

Terrible service. I called in to schedule a visit and they said it was not needed. I explained I needed an MRI. They said they can take care of that in imaging. When I arrived for a walk-in I automatically got a different vibe like they are trying to reduce the number of patients so they can just go home. I waited for about 2 hrs before I was told they couldn’t do anything. - They didn’t even check me in or saw me. I was on pain medication so I wasn’t suffering but couldn’t hold my bear weight nor walk. They made me walk to the counter like four times talk about no emotional intelligence. So sad and unfortunate these places don’t take their responsibility seriously. I’m fully insured so the business opportunity was lost for them so that’s not the constraint, it’s simply mindset. Totally frustrating especially when I tried to avoid this specific situation by calling in advance since I had to drive 30 min. The ladies in the front desks need to deeply understand their resources and what they can and can’t do. Not assume and figure it out later. People don’t have time for the non-sense, especially when they are in pain and drive from out of town. Get it together and hire better qualified,  PROACTIVE mindsets.

I liked it here though the doctors weren't very specific with things they are all nice and all but just something was missing in them.

The worst place to go to, I had an appointment to get tested for the flu  and yet all they did was check my pulse and temperature and told me “You should go to the Emergency Room.” I will not be going back to this location and you shouldn’t either.

So disappointed with this location. They cancel appointments without reason .They don't believe in human kindness, this facility needs to be looked into .It's always something

Went to a doctor appointment with my husband today. While waiting in the empty waiting room one of the staff asked me if I had been checked in. I explained that I was just waiting for my husband. I was told I have to go stand outside to wait because of covid. I am vaccinated, wearing a mask and also 8.5 months pregnant with twins and huge swollen feet but sure, I'll go stand outside and wait.  Also, my husband's doctor had him waiting in the room for 45 min, only 5 of which he was being seen. Husband said he was not very personable AT ALL. He requested bloodwork. Doctor sent him for bloodwork but gave no clear instructions on how he'd get results. He was told by nurse that he'd get a call if there was a problem. Overall, VERY POOR EXPIERIENCE with rude and unhelpful staff. We will DEFINITELY  be changing doctors and going with someone outside of dignity health at this point.

A very poorly run health clinic, there is no sense of direction. The management for this clinic needs an upgrade, to one that actually pays attention to the patience. This clinic needs nurses that know what they are doing. Instead of waiting in the small room for one hour, how about the clinic actually schedule an appointment and take you in at your scheduled appointment time. Instead of just staying in the small room, while your baby is crying bloody murder. And of course the staff is not helping at all.

Hello, I just wanted to commend the service from Karina Medina last night at Urgent Care on Bronze Star in Woodland. She was pleasant, patient, and compassionate when I had a problem with the local Walgreen’s pharmacy in filling an order that Luke had just placed. Karina made sure my concern was heard and I appreciate her help and pleasant demeanor. Leticia also called me after hours to share how my situation had been resolved. They both went above and beyond. Thank you for hiring these amazing ladies. They are exactly who should be interacting with people who are sick or in need of assistance. Big thanks to Karina and Leticia.
