Feel a little bad going with two stars because I haven't tried everything here, but this rating is based on what I did order and the experience we had. So first of all, this place seems like it's known for bossam so we were pretty stoked to try that out, and it was rly disappointing. It didn't taste good at all. We also ordered a chicken dish which wasn't bad but wasn't the best thing ever. The server also got a part of our order wrong and tried to insist we ordered incorrectly my husband ordered in Korean so there shouldn't have been any miscommunication. After an awkward back and forth they finally agreed to bring out what we actually wanted. This all just left a bad impression and I don't know if I would try it again.
Tons of sliced pork dishes, from lunch to combos. Their main sliced pork specialty? I'd say pick the Bossom with Green onions to start - not the other pork dishes. This dish sits on an open flame, has a delicious sauce on top, tons of healthy green onions to go with the rice and pork, and juicy side dishes from kimchi to spicy Korean sides that pair well with the lettuce and rice. A very good introduction to the dishes. Side dishes that come with the bossom are very good. Seasonal and changes, so one day you'll get the delicious apple salad, another day a new treat. It can be a lot of food if you pick a medium bossom with a medium bibimbap, even stuffing 3 people to leave leftovers, so better be hungry!! The service and restaurant itself is fine. Clean, quick, efficient. You do want to wave the waitress over if you want to rush, but otherwise, nothing wrong with the clean tables, location, decor, service, etc.
It was my first time trying this restaurant. Chicken porridge: very bland. This place was mediocre for food and below mediocre for service. You might be able to enjoy this restaurant depending on what you order, and if you don't expect the servers' kindness.
This place serves clean and tasty banchan and quality Korean foods. A way above average Korean restaurant in Buena Park area, I recommend to everyone.
Ordered the duck. The medium size should be fine for 3 to 4 adults. I only had one other person with me and the portion was quite large for just the two of us. It was cooked well and comes with rice plus the usual banchans or korean side dishes. I would definitely order it again. It's in a small plaza but parking wasn't too difficult.
That's the seafood bibimbap and sliced pork feet. Delicious! I would definitely eat here again!
Decided to visit Dine Korean Restaurant after our fun Sunday Adventure and this restaurant didn't disappoint. We ordered several dishes and ate family style. We ordered the Large order of Bossam, spicy beef soup, seafood pancake and steamed egg. Our favorite items were the seafood pancake and spicy beef soup. The seafood pancake was cooked to perfection. It was crunchy and they were very generous with the seafood and green onion. The spicy beef soup had the right amount of spice and it was not very heavy. We loved that this restaurant gave a great variety of side dishes. Our favorite was the stir fry seaweed, broccoli with crumbled tofu, and rolled omelet. This place follows COVID protocol and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. We can't wait to come back and ordered other dishes from their extensive menu.
We were going somewhere else but friend change his mind last min. and end up here. Always passed by but never came in to have food. But was very impressed with their food. Service was ok. Little better than usual service. We went there early 5.30pm for dinner and was empty but it did get filled up as time went by. We had hae-shin-tang which is not cheap But for what was inside it was ok. It had whole chicken octopus lge shrimp abalones different kinds of clams and veges and more. Yes it was very tasty and healthy food. Me n friend couldn't finish it. I took left over home made porige following day and it was great. I will be coming here more often and bring my wife and families. Good experience.
Delicious "home cooked style" Korean food. They do not serve the typical Korean BBQ however they do make a delicious Kal-bi jjim tender bbq short rib stew. It's huge and there's about 8 big chunks of meat along with onions, potatoes, carrots and dok rice cake. It could serve 3-maybe 4 comfortably. Cost for this delicious stew is $42 but it was quite delicious. Their Mul Naeng myun cold noodle in broth was really good and refreshing. Portion size was more than enough for one person. Kim chi was delicious yet the radish kimchi was okay....my mom makes it better sorry. Their short rib soup was flavorful with 4 tender shortrib chunks adorned with sliced radish slices. It was perfectly seasoned and my husband loved every slurpin' spoon of it. My mom ordered a spicy shortrib soup. Sorry, but I don't know the name of it. She said it was really good and hasn't had this soup for awhile. Overall, this place is really good. The only thing that may be challenging is that the waitresses are limited on English. Lucky for me, I had my mom. Also, don't come here if you want the typical Korean BBQ...wrong restaurant. But it is the RIGHT restaurant if you want to try other types of delicious Korean food.
Very good taste and will go there periodically. Note They close on MondayFood: 5/5
