Dior - Vancouver Holt Renfrew

Purchased a phone case at Dior in London. One week later it is falling apart. Took it in today to get it looked at and Dior said "If they could fix it I would have to pay to fix" I stated why would I pay to fix a faulty item lets exchange it then. "Cannot exchange items purchased at a Dior store in another Country" I bought so many Dior items in London and I am so mad that I did. Had I of know that nothing I purchased had any kind of warranty or protection for their product and that they would be a hassle I never would have bought a thing from Dior. I will never buy another Dior item ever. So many other designers that treat clients so much better than this and they will get my business. Dior rating should be negative stars.

Was only there for a short time, but the associates were really helpful and I was able to get one of my top 2 bags on my wish list. Very helpful, specially Jay and Kola or Cola not sure how to spell his name, they made the whole process of getting my first luxury bag easy!

An employee with blonde hair has a very bad working attitude. I don't know why, I came here to ask the card holder, she didn't say a word, even when I came in no one came.

The workers have HORRIBLE customer service. I noticed they’re only nice to you if you look like the rich people from the movies. News flash, people who actually have money don’t need to flaunt it by wearing fancy clothes. I bet they unknowingly lose a lot of business for being so openly classist just because someone walks in and isn’t wearing the most flamboyant clothes.

Very bad experience! I purchased a bag, and the receipt shows 30 days returnable. When I went to the store the 3rd day, they made lot of excuses, One of the funny things they said that the paper to support the bag inside is missing, that’s why they can not return it. I even didn't notice there were papers. Do not recommended

Visited Vancouver in June and popped into Dior to purchase something for my bf’s mom. I’m still “young” and look young so my experiences shopping anywhere, I don’t think people really think I’m a serious buyer so I’m used to not being greeted other than a quick hi and a head nod or approached until I approach someone. But my shopping experience with Sandra was absolutely wonderful! She was super patient and very pleasant to work with, she took her time in showing me and telling me about the bag I was looking for. She also took the time to show me similar items or other accessories that could go along with it but never once did I feel pressured to make a purchase! Fast forward to now, I randomly texted her to see if they had a bag in stock for myself and she was kind enough to send me MANY pictures and even videos of the bag in different lighting/angles since I can’t shop in person. Super grateful and appreciative of Sandra at this Dior location! She is an absolute gem!!

Purchased my first Dior handbag today. Sales associate was very welcoming and helpful. I didn’t feel out of place unlike some of the other luxury designer boutiques I’ve been to. Excited to start using my new handbag!

You buy luxury products because these brands normally stand by their quality and service. This store has such poor service from sales person to supervisor/ manager should anything go wrong. Go to the Fairmont Dior instead, much better selection and better experience all around.

I was assisted by Sandra who was very friendly, welcoming, and funny. She made my first experience buying at Dior enjoyable! I also liked that they provided us fancy sparkling water while we were waiting to purchase.

Annie was simply amazing at helping me secure my favourite B23 high tops - black on black. I cannot say much about the service at the Fairmont DIOR. To say it was unprofessional, dishonest and rude is most certainly an understatement. Annie however at the holt Renfrew was AMAZING at sorting my wishes
