I prefer to shop online and usually buy items that are on sale. This can be risky. I bought a pair of Versace boots and they were final sale. No way to try them on as they were not in any Vancouver store. I bought a kit of products for $100. You can see the video of all the products except beard oil which I gave to a friend.
This was not the experience I had hoped for at all. It is a nice open mall space with small designer shops. I was in the market for a formal gown for my wife, which was what attracted me to their website. Unfortunately none of the interesting items that were on the website were anywhere to seen in the building. It is a place to get bags, make-up and costume jewelry. Gucci stood out as an exception, with some beautiful dresses, and a well merchandised shop.
The Concierge person Yi and her colleague are amazing! They recovered something that I had never picked up a year ago. Super heros and kind. I will be back again. The customer service here is now really next level.
This place is heaven for the people who into designer stuff. I personally loved the experience there. Even I didn't find what I was looking for but I still enjoyed the mall. We cam from Seattle and we don't have that variety of stuff and I live in Downtown Seattle...
This place is for the one who looking for the designer brand, some time they have a good deal. The customer service is very nice and helpful
If you got $$$$$ this is the place next to Nordstrom. But not comparable to big cities like New York or Europe. You want to check out Georgia street too for LV, Tiffany, Hermes, Versace, etc. Hey it’s Vancouver what do you expect?! At least we carry selections of luxury brands while LV most of the time is out of stock while Vancouver has no buying power compared to Asia and USA! If in stock, your in luck! It is the last one!!!
Tracy from Chanel cosmetics boutique is AWESOME!!! She’s very knowledgeable about the products and gives me tips to enhance my make-up routine. I appreciate her to inform me with new arrivals or limited edition products. Thank you for shipping my purchases to me when I cannot come to the store for a pick-up. Your kind service is greatly appreciated. ^_^

Asked 3 different associates where to find an Acne Studios item which I was ready to buy and they all just vaguely pointed away and dismissed me. At this price range their customer service could definitely be improved. Not impressed.
Visited the perfume department to meet a rude, unknowledgeable Chinese staff at Frederic Malle. She tosses scent strips at the customer and does not know any details of the products she's handling. Some staff here require basic workplace education.
