Dippin' Doggies Pet Wash and Grooming

My first time there. I am very happy with the grooming of my Daisy. She looks so cute. The groomers were so nice. Very clean. Dippin' Doggies is definitely my go to for my pup.

My dog has had two vet visits after grooming. One was due to him being in a small cage even though we pick him up as soon as they call us and his hips giving out. I had to ask them to not put him in a cage. The second time was the straw that broke the camel’s back. His paw pad was sliced open and he caught an infection because of this. It took us over 6 months to clear the infection out of his system. We will be going somewhere else. I do not recommend this place.

Stopped in for a walk in nail trim and was very impressed! They did a great job with our old girl who doesn't like having her nails trimmed. We will be back!

I've been taking my dogs here for years! Always satisfied my dog loves to go see her "girls" she always gets so excited when I tell her she's going for her bath and haircut! Chris does a wonderful job!

My wife dropped off our golden doodle this am and gavw specific directions to the person at front counter, when I picked her up our it cost me 85$ usually it's $70. When I asked why they said u wanted it longer. Ok. I thought well maybe my wife changed her mind, called the wife and she told them she wanted it cut to a 4 or 5 or half the length it is now. So wife called and they said she was wrong and to just look at her first because she looks "cute"! My wife called and spoke with the owner and she insisted my wife said keep it longer when made appt. And wife said yeah, but this am when she dropped her off she said cut down to a 4 or 5 . Overall poor experience again at this place. Second time we had a bad wxpwroence with then .They really don't care what there customers want and of course the customer is always wrong.

Very disappointed with the service provided. One of my dogs was not rinse correctly and broke out within a day. My other dog which is a German Shepherd who always got a wash and trip around his rear received a haircut all over. I don’t know why in the hell anyone would do that!!!! Just disappointed and will never go back or recommend.

I have been going here for the past 15 years and have never been disappointed from their service. They take very good care of our dogs.
