Discount Drug Mart

I shop here all the time because we are limited in our village. I am still trying to figure out what you have the shields up still on the register? It makes communication impossible!!!!! I understood the purpose when it was trending, but it’s time to move on. Also, with times and the economy being the way that it is, why, why are you throwing away good food and items??

I can't say enough about the good things at this pharmacy! Everyone is very helpful and very friendly. The pharmacist, Jason has been very helpful. The staff at the deli and the staff up front are top notch! This location carries a little of everything you might need! I highly recommend this Lodi, Ohio location!!!

People are so helpful Prices up but no more than others and a lot of items cheaper.

I’ve only been using this pharmacy for about 9 months but I’ve had very mixed feelings about them so far. For the most part the pharmacists are friendly and helpful... but there is one specific tall blonde woman we have to deal with frequently that is rude enough to make us consider using another pharmacy entirely just to not have to deal with the attitude and belittling every month. Me and my wife both dread calling with any questions about our refills or the pickup just to avoid the anxiety of the possible interaction with the pharmacist.

Jason is incredibly helpful and informative. Thankful that my parents have an awesome pharmacist!

Love this place. I buy all our lunch meat here, fill any prescriptions, and grocery shop for some items. They are all so helpful and friendly. Store manager is very customer focused. All the staff is just very friendly! You're all doing an excellent job. The pharmacy techs and pharmacist are all great, knowledgeable and help! I nothing bad to say!

Wow a pharmacy that does not care about the safety of their customers. First they now have their drive thru window closed so you have to go in the disease ridden store to get your meds. They require no masks,no distance and no buggie wipes. Upon getting my meds I have one maskless guy coughing about 3ft behind me in line and the lady right next to me literally touching elbow distance from me coughing and sneezing so hard you can see the fluids spray from her body. What a dangerous store to shop in or work in. Took my meds to Walmart Ashland they have a drive thru and my one medication was to big for the chute so THEY brought it out to me....

The pharmacy is horrible. We moved to the area and transferred prescriptions over to this Drug Mart. It has been nothing but a mess ever since. They have screwed up every single script we have given them.The pharmacy staff does not follow up on anything they say they will do. They don't call you when they say they will call when the prescriptions are in. They then send it back if you don't pick it up in a few days, even though you have no idea it's in because they don't call. They don't follow up on anything they need pre authorizations for. They expect you to their job basically which is what we were told today. Today the lady from the pharmacy was rude when questioned why she had done nothing with a prescription I have been waiting on from 3 weeks. We then politely asked her to transfer our script to a different store. Her reply was that's not my job. When I asked what her name was so I could talk to a manager about her she hung up the phone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We have chosen to drive another 15 minutes to avoid dealing with them. Not at all up to standards normally held by Drug Mart ……and for the lady in the pharmacy that was so nasty to us. Hopefully one of your bosses reads this, finds out who was working around 5:45 on 6/4/15, and then it will be your problem.

The Pharmacy always goes the extra mile for me always!!! They have fresh produce that is fresher then the grocery store in town. And some really good sales prices as well. Hands down to Discount Drug Mart.
