I bought all my tires from them but in the last few years they have messed me up . They wouldn’t guarantee a tire they sold me with insurance saying it was more then 6 years since I bought it and it had been put on a year or so Pryor . They sold me old tires that’s why the tire separated. I told them to replace them and they did but at first they didn’t want to . Now another tire has separated and the guy gives me the same excuse even though I paid insurance on it . Erik so now I’m left to look for a new tire and now I won’t be going back to them anymore. That’s bad . When ever I’m in San Antonio or houston I’ve never had this problem but down here in the valley.

Came to replace the Valves Stems on my TPMS sensors checked in at 10:25am finished at 11:30am on a Saturday not bad …

Noah the guy there, do not trust him. He didn't check my hubcaps were secure. Now I'm missing one thanks to him. Called the manager at the location, he never got back to me.

Omg, this is BEST tire shop to go to. They give you excellent customer service, cheaper prices and quick service, Believe me I been to other stores looking for tires. Pueblo Tires gave me the worst service and their tires were priced higher.

Talk about being told one thing and then another thing happens. I set up an appointment for tires selected my tires and was told not to worry about them not being at least the same year. What do i get 3 tires of 2022 and 1 tire that was over a year old.  I tell them to change it as i never left the lot... And they "fixed" it a second time. Go check.... Nothing is different. Had i not said anything i would have gotten a new tire since they replaced my spare with a new tire. So technically they need to report that the tire has already been mounted once even if it wasn't driven on.  I wonder how often this happens and people don't say anything or just don't know.  Be sure to locate this on your tire. They read as: 0622 and it means 6th week of the year 2022 this tire was made.  Obviously you won't get a tire made a month ago but when you are told you will have all 2022 even if it's 0122, 0422, 0622 or a mix of them i would be okay since they would all read 2022... Took them 2 hours the first original to complete... 20mins to "fix" the first mess up and now i am waiting longer to fix fix the mess up.  Let's hope they at least cleaned the tire like they have all the other tore changes they have done today.  I highly doubt it since i paid for "cheap" new tires.

Came in because I had a tire that was losing air. They found a small nail and quickly patched it up, I was very satisfied with this service. However they also offered to install new windshield wipers, to which I agreed since I hadn’t replaced them. Unfortunately they were either improperly installed or wrong sizing was utilized because they now bang against the side of my car making a very annoying sound.  Edit: this morning it was raining and had to rely on the wipers. Not even 5 minutes into my drive and one of the wipers completely flys off. Had to drive to work in the dark with one wiper. Do not rely on this location for simple tasks such as installing windshield wipers.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Price is always right on point and the convenience of having one located in most major cities is a plus.

Good service, but do expect a good wait always busy

Fast friendly service and great tires. My brother in Minneapolis recommended them many years ago and I have been a steady customer in Texas ever since. They have a location near my house, but I blew a rear tire heading down to South Texas, so I went to this location to get it replaced. I always buy the Road Hazard warranty, but I rarely need it. This time I did and they replaced it for $16 mounted and balanced! This business comes Highly Recommended from me. They tend to stay busy, so I would recommend calling ahead to inquire if an appointment is advised.
