Fast, easy and just a lot of fun ordering from the app. Will be shopping here again in the near future. In a way I don't like going to Tractor Supply Co., They have to many cool things to look at buy. My wife always gets after me all the time because I will go in for one thing and come out with a whole basket full of things I did not need. Just a lot of great products at great prices. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Kind of like it was back in the 80's. Well our 27 cats love the cat food and we like the horse bedding pellets for cat litter. Well .
Been there a few times employees are always friendly and ready to help.
Had to travel to the Weslaco store as my local TSC does not carry mini horse food,even though I have ordered for the past 2 years. Then found that the Weslaco TSC carries it all the time. Thank You TSC Weslaco
It always a nice visit to this tractor supply. Usually it’s just for dog food so it’s a quick in and out. We went for an unfamiliar item once and the staff member who was originally helping was unable to find what we were looking for and another staff member eagerly stepped in to help. Great location
Returned some items to this store. Place was very busy! The cashier was very fast in processing my return of several items! Even though they were busy, I was in and out quickly.
Great staff friendly people reasonable prices
Just left the store was helped by a "manager " Bianca, had me waiting for over 20 minutes while her manager answered a message on a price reduction. I asked her to call the manager she said no. I asked why she replied , "I'm not call him, he's at home I wouldn't want them to call me". I asked I'd she was a manager and she said yes. Turns out she's a team lead and not a manager. Anyways it was terrible service for a simple question

I only go back because of the friendly employees and help I get there. Always greeted at the entrance and when I pay. The prices doesn't matter to me. It's the service. Thank You Employees.
Very poor customer service earlier today at Weslaco store. Who seemed like a manager, left me standing in line to check out. He didn't have the courtesy to say I'm closing register, I need to go tend to someone. At same time another customer in other line left his cart as cashier was taking too long with a customer. When I finally figured my cashier was not returning, I went around n the customer who left, had a flat cart with lots of merchandise, in the way. I told cashier, customer left it there, cashier told me , can you move it? I answered are you that short staffed, he said yes we are. He ended up moving it.
