Clean and inexpensive. No trouble with late, no reservation check-in. Funny story. The "vacancy" light was on and the parking lot had open spaces. The clerk told me we have no rooms -- meaning we have no single rooms. I said that's OK, I only needed one bed and I was charged for the single rate as I promised to use only one bed. In the morning, I thought about making up the bed I slept in so they wouldn't know which set sheets to wash. Couldn't be bothered.
Ignore the bad reviews dating back to some years ago... The room we had was super clean, renovated, and there was nothing to complain about. The location is great within walking distance from the main streets. The first Friday of every month is a great time to be there, there are bands playing in every corner of the town or in stores. There is a nice little Mexican grocery store within walking distance that is worth paying a visit to, very convenient and very nice people!
We made our reservations super late, but the man who checked us in was really nice and the room was spacious and clean. I think this is a family owned business. The rooms didn’t have carpet which I infinitely prefer and everything was very comfortable. There is a drive through coffee stand which is convenient for an early start but they have coffee starting at 7 in the office.

Room was in the middle of being remodeled. Manager banged on the door after 10pm woke me up just to say that the shower was being repaired. Air conditioner barely working. Freezer in bad need of defrosting. Check in clerk wouldn't talk loud enough to be heard over workers. Lobby was locked up. Check in through window like a theater but with no microphone. I will never stay here again. Room was overpriced and was not in a rentable condition.
This was by far, the worst motel I’ve been to in a very long time. The hotel front desk guy was rude. This guy looked like he was drunk, he got in to my room at 10 PM I’m a woman and I was by myself he started screaming obscenities at me. The room was dirty and the service was terrible. DON’T STAY HERE.Rooms: 1/5
Very friendly staff! Needed a little ice for our small cooler and he filled my little bag no problem! Room rate excellent value. And the bed so comfortable!! Best nights sleep on our 3 week vacation! Would stay here again without any doubt.
This is an old motel that is currently being updated. I was very happy with my stay. While they still have the simple basics, the people running it are fabulous. I have health issues. The gentlemen came to my car to help me check-in and was the nicest man.
They keep the rooms really clean here. It's very nice. Wish they had satellite TV. The channels suck. But the beds are comfortable and clean.
