Disney Store

The store is clean & very organized. Found lots of gems.. but my 5 stars really is for the staff. The staff is so incredibly nice. It really made me feel like we were at Disney World, at a time that we can’t be due to Covid. So helpful & just, friendly. I left feeling so happy just due to the experiences I had to with the staff. I read a review that said someone had issues with their mask & wasn’t allowed in. I want to provide an update to that, that the person who entered the store in front of me on my last visit did not have a mask & the worker had a full box of disposable medical grade masks to give the person so they could enter the store. So hopefully that will not be an issue in the future for everyone.

We love this location and visit almost every time that we come to Buffalo. The staff is exceptional and always very helpful and we always find something that we fall in love with and must have. A great place to shop with kids of all ages and a go-to for any Disney family or fan.

A slice of the happiest place on earth at the Outlets. Super friendly staff. Good selection at good prices. Located in the new wing of the outlets.

Amazing staff. Went the extra mile to make sure we all left happy and on budget. My 6 and 4 year old enjoyed the easy path ways through the store. And all was covid guideline compliant

I so love this store, makes me feel like I am visiting my Disney "home", especially seeing them starting to stock some of the smaller items I buy in the lobby of the hotel while in Disney, definitely alot less but every little bit helps like pens and now pins! Again not alot of pins but some. Like the greeters and stuff for my young nieces and nephews from the movies, also t-shirts.

Never thought I'd have to write a negative review about a Disney Store but here we are. Selection is good but the cashier's are just not good at all. They spend way too much time talking and chatting instead of helping people in the line. And very focused on selling their internal programs and sign ups. I waited literally 8 minutes to see a cashier and I was next in line. They just kept chatting with the guests.

My girls absolutely love this store!! Employees are always super friendly and willing to help us find exactly what we're looking for! They take time to talk to the younger kids asking them about their favorite characters and movies. And always wish us a magical day as we are leaving

Nice store. Sales clerk very pleasant and helpful. I bought 2 pair of pajamas and was VERY Disappointed when I got to the register and was told Disney has gone green and I had to PURCHASE a bag for 99 cents or carry them out in my hand or put them in a bag I already had from another store which I didn't have. Prices already high enough. Probably will steer away from Disney store in the future.

They still know how to make every princess special..my daughters first time visiting a Disney store, and they made her feel so at home. Very helpful also when it came to looking for gifts.

I go here a lot with my 3 year old. He loves the Disney Store of course. So I picked him up a bunch of stuff as they had a big sale going on. He got a Jack costume for $10 and a NMBC jacket for $15. We picked up a few other things and got a coupon for the friends and family event coming up. The workers are always very friendly and extremely helpful. They have recently gone green so bring your own bags or you can buy one there for a dollar.
