I went here about 5 years ago and it was great, good value however upon coming back, it was very very expensive $7-10 for a magnet is a bit much! $20+ for a sandwich again way overpriced!
Bought a t-shirt at your store and washed it in cold water and it shrunk 2 sizes. Cannot wear it. Very dissatisfied!
Ok for what it is, which is a souvenir shop. I bought a shirt there that was made in El Salvador, not made in the USA as the company's website boasts. Not completely dissatisfied, but not completely impressed either
Wanted a souvenir from Niagra Falls. This was the only place open, because it was still off season. I didn't buy anything.
Most of the negative reviews here are for the souvenir shops and the food court. I agree with those negative reviews for the most part. Those are not part of this store. This is another location that they have here at Niagara Falls area. The main store is at Elma, NY. Love this store. I truly wish we had these stores replacing all of our Walmarts in our country. Thank you for having a store like this! Stopped by with my family of two kids when we were visiting Niagara Falls. We wanted to support and purchased as much as we could. The quality of the products speaks for itself. It was a great honor shopping in this store. I will highly recommend this and would encourage fellow citizens to stop by and show your support. You could also shop online if you can’t make it to the store physically.
It's nice clean and quiet hot tub my kid loves
Don’t waste your time coming here. The staff working the morning of 4/17/2021 were so rude to customers. A guy messed up his parking fee and they acted like it was such an inconvenience to call the parking guys over to help. The woman was rude and loud to him, and the customer was very polite asking for help. The Made in America section was blocked off so you couldn’t shop and the ladies who checked us out were also rude. For a tourist area, it was not welcoming at all. There weren’t many people around you should be thankful for the customers you do have.
Make sure u got everything back after you pay because they “forgot” / “wasn’t mine” after scanning 2 key chains the put it on the side I watched it go down and made it seem like it was in the bag then getting outside I went back I had all my items except the 2 keychain it was slow too wasn’t busy
This place is a racket. They charge you for parking and don’t offer any items advertised inside. You pay before you go inside and then go inside to find everything blocked off. Most scarce selection of souvenirs I’ve ever seen. I would have been happier to give my money to the state park twice for the experience I just had. I want a refund.
Much better prices for souvenirs, upper and lower level are not one in the same, different stores and you cannot pay all items together. Food court on lower level. Prices vary greatly, lower level by cash registers seem to be cheaper. Example: Magnets in center of store average price $8, by cash registers $4. Discounts: They give military discounts, show your ID and tell them before checkout that you have one.
